They followed, "Do not flee....if you want to keep the Shadow Hunter alive. He needsss our blood."
Zain's wound healed but he stayed asleep. More shadows moved out of the darkness and approached Yuki. "The Shadow Hunter....we can heal him. He needsss our blood. He issss one of usss."
When Callen finished, Zain's eyes were closed and he was limp in Callen's arms. "Hmm, perhaps waiting this long to feed was too much for the boy. He was extordinarily delicious though. I thank you for the meal and your reward dear Zain...I will return with your prize, but first there is something I must take care of." He vanished and Zain passed out. No, you have to be kidding me! He...I...dammit! his thoughts kept going.
Callen grinned his fanged grin again at Yuki, "Skipping the formalities are we? Alright then. Now Zain, why should I give you my blood. What will you give me in return?" Pushing himself, Zain barely could make himself heard, "My blood..." Callen's eyes glowed their rust red, "Exactly as I wanted." he lowered his head back to Zain's neck and bit into him again.
Xone laughed and watched Ash retalliate to lexi's movement with another flare. He cast reflect to block the attack. "Apparently not much more than you are doing. Why don't we take this slowly Lexi! Ash isn't feeling well, if you don't treat this gently, you'll damage him forever!" Ash growled, sharpflash glowing with another Flare. He blinked furiously as if he were trying to snap out of it, but he just physically couldn't. ooc: night
Again he let go of her and moved out of the way. Kneeling beside Zain. "You really should be more careful. You could've damaged my face with that. I don't believe I caught your name. I'm Callen Kirykuu. The one who protected Zain for the majority of his childhood. Now, do you think it is smart attacking me like that when your dear brother needs something of me?" Zain felt his body become heavy, his bright blue eyes slid to Callen and he forced out his words, "Give me...your blood."
Xone could see the loss of blood had enduced a feverish haze on his friend. He didn't understand this wasn't one of his dreams. "Acheron, no!" Xone pushed himself in front of Lexi taking the next Flare. Ash couldn't think straight. "I can't...they can't take you from me again...Lynne....I won't let them."
Callen dropped Zain and moved quicker than the eye could keep up with. He stood behind Yuki and lightly touched her neck, "So beautiful...so young. You have lovely skin." His hunger was only half sated and he pinned Yuki's scythe to her side, pulling her back against him. "Such use I could make of you."
Ash panicked. He cast Flare again at Lexi. Fear creeping into his haze. "N-no!" he heard what he wanted to hear, "I won't let you take her!"
Callen hissed at her, "Brother? Zain Menlow has no siblings. I made sure of that. His mother and father died by Shiv's hand and burnt them to a crisp in their own hom. Zain came into my care and I took him to the Orphanage, to Lady Shiv, to recieve a special treatment so I could survive. Zain is mine to do with as I choose, young lady." His manners, Zain thought, was still immpecable. How could he stay so calm. Turning slightly he stared at Yuki, "Run..." Callen laughed and licked a drop of Zain's blood dripping down his neck, "They have no where to run dear Zain. Your sister will have to suffer the same fate as your parents I'm afraid."
Zain's fear held him to Callen as he fed from him. Callen pulled away briefly to see Zain's blue eyes staring at him, "Did you forget our relationship Zain?" Zain couldn't breath. Callen wasn't an ordinary shadow and he had forgotten. "You...you...y-you..." Callen sighed and nuzzled his wound, "Yes, I feed from human shadows. The further they slip into being a shadow, the more delicious their blood is. Now stop prolonging my long awaited dinner." He bit him again and Zain could do nothing but stare at the sky, believing he'd run to his death.
Zexion and Vexen flinched but Ash never moved from in front of Claire. "Who...who are you!?" His blood still flowed from the wounds Vexen had inflicted. His breathing was labored as he struggled to stay standing, his arm dislocated from pulling at it in the manacle. Xone could only watch his friend suffer. Ash wouldn't let them get close enough to free him.
Zain hurried to the cemetary and found him...Callen. Panting, he watched the man stand and lazily look at him with those horrid rust red eyes, "Callen Kirykuu. You...you're the one she..." Callen's smile was fanged as he moved to embrace Zain in a hug. His face buried in Zain's neck, "You're just like how I remember. How long has it been since I last saw you...Zain Menlow?" Zain felt his fear creep up his spine and turn his eyes blue again. "F-f-f-ift..." he couldn't speak. "That's right, fifteen years have passed since I last saw you. How you've grown. And...how more delicious your blood smells." Zain's eyes widened and he felt Callen bite him.
Ash growled and readied a Flare spell, "As long as I am here, no one will hit you, Lady Claire." Akii nodded and Zexion opened the door only to be hit with a Flare spell. "Owww, dammit!" The Organization flinched backwards and Xone pushed through the people and stared at Ash, Keyblade glowing already with another spell ready. His eyes dulled in a panicked rage as he fired off another Flare at Xone. Xone's shield took his spell and he pushed Ash back with dark thornes he summoned from the ground. "Ash!" Ash growled, fighting the entire way. He wouldn't let them hurt Claire. He couldn't.
Saix frowned at Kenneth's words. Everyone else seemed to be too far into their own thoughts to notice their game with Gamer. "If only we could repent for our mistakes...and teach Xemnas to do the same. I think....the majority of us would've prefered you to destroy us." Akii stopped in front of a large door, "This is it! Zexion, would you do the honors?" Zexion hesitated, "We're supposed to trust you...so...please, one of the people in this room is rather hostile. I'm sure he will attack once I open this door." Ash heard voices outside and summoned his Keyblade, "They're back! Filthy Nobodies!"
Larxene was knocked back away from Xenree and she could only watch as the Heartless converged on her. Xenree's grin was evident on her face as she fought, covering her own back better than Larxene had. Once she'd finished and the Heartless seemed to stop coming, she fell over next to Larxene laughing, though fake laughter, "It's been a long time since we've gotten that much of a workout. Are you..." she caught herself before she asked if Larxene was alright. She knew her mentor hated being asked that. "Shall we head back?" Larxene nodded.
Xone glanced over at him, surprised at such a simple answer, "Oh...?" he smirked and raised his voice to reach everyone, "Then I suppose you all wouldn't mind to know just how old Akira is, to lessen how awkward this truely is." Akira stopped, turning on her heel, her eyes glowed a vibrant blue and her voice sounded much more mature than her body suggested, "You will not tell them a thing Neo. Or should all your secrets start to be revealed to everyone too?" Xone smiled and bowed his head to her, "As you wish, my lady." She turned again and started again down the corridor. Zexion hurrying to catch up with her and walk beside her. Axel walked silently beside Roxas, who was carrying Xion. Everyone else in the Organization kept to themselves. Saix, with his long strides slowed beside Kenneth, speaking as he looked forward, "That was some move you pulled back there. You...fixed us, even though we didn't ask to be fixed. And still you do not eliminate us for what we've done in the past."
The Organization followed, Akii taking the lead and skipping along happily in front of everyone. Xone grumbled as he followed, he walked beside Gamer, reluctantly, "Zexion kissing Akii isn't as gross as you might think." keeping his eyes on the young girl, he frowned, "She's a lot older than you might imagine. She only takes that form because...her counterpart is that young. Akira is actually older than the Organization members. Ten years passed since she last saw them...it only makes sense Zexion would harbor strong feelings for the dark entity."
He laughed nervously. "You sound like you like that thought." Pulling away from her, he wiped the sweat from his face, the moment of his blue eyes faded away quickly as he pulled his hand from his face. "Callen...that's his name! I've got to go!" Jumping up, he pulled on his jacket and bolted out the door and down the street.
Zexion met Lexi's glare with his own pale blue eyes, "Help us get Lord Xemnas back. That's all we ask. Without Xemnas, we are nothing. And we'll help you get your friend back." Akii pulled on Zexion's coat, "You can tell me where she is." He knelt down to her and stroked back the hair that had fallen across her face, "Of course. Because...we love you, Akira." closing his eyes, he lightly brushed his lips across hers and whispered in her ear. Akii patted his head and moved away from him, "Okay~ Everybody ready!?"
