I highly doubt it's a movie. Trust me, I've spent more time on the DW wiki than I should've. I'm guessing they were showing episodes of the show in theaters for a limited time or something. Regardless, that was then. The world has changed. DW is popular now, even in the U.S.
Actually, the only Doctor Who movie ever made was the 1996 TV movie with the 8th Doctor. It wasn't released to theaters, but it's ratings in the U.S. were terrible.

Sora and Roxas," said a voice behind the two brothers. Sora and Roxas turned around, and found Vanitas standing right behind them. "V-Vanitas... w-what a surprise..." Sora said, shivering in fear. "Y-yeah..." Roxas commented, sweating heavily. "So, you guys wouldn't mind if joined in, would you?" Vanitas said, smiling. "Umm, of course not Vanitas," Roxas said. "Good!" Vanitas said before forcing himself between Sora and Roxas, and started eating. Sora and Roxas, on the other hand, barely touched their food, focusing on Vanitas instead. "It's been so long since I've seen you guys!" Vanitas commented, "Remember how we used to play tag back in the day! Good times!" It may have been good times for Vanitas, but for Sora and Roxas, it was anything but. Vanitas's version of tag involved him chasing Sora and Roxas, then whacking them with a weapon he built himself. He calls it a keyblade. Vanitas made it look like a key to symbolize how the 'key' would unlock others' fears. In this case, unlocking the fears of Sora and Roxas. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In another table, Joshua was sitting alone, having lunch. Beat then came and sat next to him. "Hello Beat. Isn't Rhyme with you?" Joshua said. "Nah," Beat replied, "She's prob'ly havin' lunch wit her friends." "I understand," Joshua commented. "BWAHHH! I didn' know you gots a sister too?!" Beat yelled. Laughing, Joshua replied, "That's not what I meant Beat. I just know that you two are really close. And you're doing what you're doing because you care for her." "Oh, yeah..." "What am I supposed to do?" Xion wondered aloud. "Do what?" asked a voice. Xion turned around and found another girl carrying a lunch tray. "Hi, the name's Vanellope von Schweetz. What's your name?" the girl asked. Smiling, Xion answered, "Xion. Want to join me Vanellope?" "Of course!" Vanellope responded as she sat next Xion. "So, are you new to school?" Xion asked. "Yup! Freshman student. Just starting out high school," Vanellope answered. Smiling, Xion continued, "Well, I hope you enjoy it Vanellope. Nice medal you're wearing by the way." She noticed Vanellope wearing a medal the whole time. "Thanks!" Vanellope said, "I won it this past summer at the 'Heroes of Racing' tournament in Kyoto. Basically, a bunch of contestants have to design their own car, and then race together. You are looking at the winner." "Amazing," Xion commented. "I know!" Vanellope said with a very enthusiastic voice, "Umm, Xion? Sorry if this is gonna bother you. But what were you talking about, when you asked yourself what were you going to do?" Xion was silent for a minute, then said, "I feel like I'm forced into doing something bad. I don't know what to do." "If you know what you're going to do is bad, then don't do it Xion. Peer pressure is one of the worst problems in high school. Just say no. Sure, it might be hard to say it at first. But many years from now, you'll be looking back and feel thankful that you didn't have to face the coonsequences. Try talking to someone older if it makes you feel better," Vanellope advised. After thinking of Vanellope's words, Xion was convinced of what she should do. "You know what, you're absolutely right. Thanks Vanellope!" Xion said. "Don't mention it," Vanellope replied, as the two new friends continued with their lunch.

It's independent of Series 7, as it looks like it'll be released November, which is officially Doctor Who's 50th anniversary month

Spoiler Via CNN I have to say, this affects me personally. I actually attend that campus everyday of the week. So the very thought of a massacre like what's been happening recently taking place over there has really been troubling me. What if I was a victim? All I can do now is thank God for being alive, and that whatever massacre this guy was plotting didn't happen.
