Michael sighed. "Never have liked the rain.....seems like only bad things happen when it rains."
OOC: Run, and Fly. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.
"Oh well, guess you are nopt hungry, Sophia. Just stay out there then." Michael walked to the kitchen.
"If you don't come in, we're going to eat without you."
"Quit showing off, Sophia. Just come inside."
Rain started to pour. "Crap, lets get inside. I can't fly very well in the rain."
"Never was human to begin with....."
"You have done well, Halfling. I shall grant you my power. Fenrir used the wind to transfer his power to Michael. "I have given you the ability to move faster than sound. All you have to do is focus the winds around you, and my power will be active. I have also given you the ability to communicate with nature. Just open your mind, and you will be able to understand the language of animals. If you find my brothers and release them from their seals, they will also grant you their powers." With that, Fenrir dissapeared and the orb of orcrist fell to the floor. Michael reclaimed the orb. He flew back down to the courtyard.
Michael studied his opponenet, thinking of the best place to attack. "If I only get one shot, I have to make it count." "Duh, genius. Did you think of that all by yourself?" "Do you want me to throw you out of the window?" The jade dragon said nothing. "That's what I thought." Michael looked at Fenrir's face. He noticed the right eye was cut. Michael swung at the left eye. Fenrir howled in pain.
"Who dares awaken me from my slumber? You are Keldon, but you have the scent of a human as well. I see.....Why have you awoken me, Halfling?" "My reasons are my own, Fenrir." Fenrir laughed. "You have guts, halfling. You just might be the first to tame my power since the Demonium War." Fenrir changed into what appeared to be a wolfman. "I will grant you my power on one condition, you must defeat me in battle, but only with one stroke."
Michael walked out to the courtyard and looked up at the sky. He saw a single tower, illuminated by the moonlight. "How obvious can you get?" He flew through the tower window and saw a strange altar. It had an spherical indentation. "Might as well try the orb. If it dosen't work, no big loss." Michael placed the orb of orcrist in the indentation. It shined with a bright green light. The light subsided, and he discovered that he was not alone in the tower any longer. Before him stood a white wolf.
"Orcrist is the key.....don't suppose it means the Orb of Orcrist, does it?" "You're asking the wrong dragon, kid." "Some help you are." "Still, why would the spirit of a Wind God be sealed here?"
Michael translated the runes. "To all who read this message: The spirit of the northern wind lies in the moonlit tower. Orcrist is the key." "Just what does that mean?"
Michael noticed some runic symbols carved into the throne. "This is Keldon writing.....but why would the Keldon have been here?"
Michael flew to the castle. "Strange that there would be a castle here."
"I'll meet you there. I have to get back into my armor." "Aren't you enev going to ask her to join you?" "If you don't stop, I am going to leave you at the bottom of the spring!" "Alright already! I'll behave." "That's better."
"Hi. Did you find anything interesting?" "See, I knew she would show up." "Geez, would you just shut up already!" "No need to get mad...."
OOC: I'm finally back. Still stuck at work, since my relief did not show up, I have to work his shift too:(. When I see him tomorrow, he is so dead. BIC: Michael came across a natural hot spring. "I could use some relaxation." "Maybe that girlfriend of yours will come here too." "Shut up, you lecherous dragon."
Michael sighed. "I would rather not talk about my family. That's sort of a depressing subject." OOC: Stuck at work right now. Will be back on at 6:00 Central time
