Haru lazily shuffled his bag onto his shoulder, "Hmm, not like it matters, fog is nice for the skin. I walk home. I don't think I'll get lost." He was mostly talking to himself but usually most of the conversation slipped over Hatsuharu's head anyway. Chie wandered over to Yukiko and Haruka, *sigh* "I shoulda left before the annoucement came on. Hey, Yukiko, didja try that thing I was telling you about?"
He scoffed, "Try...try what? Try dating her? Pfft, waste of my time. Zain Menlow flies solo. I just have to keep her safe from who I am for now. Being a shadow was the least of my worries, being stuck with Orphan for long is true torment. The persona sure gets annoying with his hissing and complaining." He knew he sounded fond of the snake persona and he was, but putting him on someone else was hell.
Luxord frowned, touching his earring nervously, "Where's Raoxthu?" Akii clapped her hands happily. Zexion held her close, though he knew she knew something was happening. In her many mysterious ways. But no one actually understood Kingdom Hearts so why should they understand Kingdom Heart's embodiment?
Resuming his careful maitenence of the cure, he shrugged, "I've no idea what you mean. Cara is Cara. She means the world to me but I know I could never be right for her. She will find the one she deserves once I get her back from wherever Orphan has taken her."
Hatsuharu stood, shoving his hands in his pockets, "Anyone else think this stuff is kinda wierd? Too bad it's foggy." he sounded like he didn't really care.
Zain hesitated in his work, taking the time to meet Toji's eyes, "They are. Orphan is my persona, Eden was born from within him and Cara....she's just a good friend...I think."
Luxord cautiously watched for Raoxthu. "Still alive boy?" The Organization hesitated, "Perhaps it's broken." "Something this ingenious in design, broken so easily? No, that's not possible." "Yeah well if it moves again I'm gonna roast 'em." "Pfft, you always say that but I didn't see any of your attacks doing any damage." "Hmph, yours didn't either."
Grinning, Vin let her go and turned on his heel, "Be more careful and I won't have to catch you so many times. You'll see less of me. It's better that way." His smile fell away as he started to walk away.
He looked up, still grinning, "Of course I am. I can't wait to be back to being human. Where my only problem was worrying about girls and tests and such things. No more blood, no more death...no more Callen and...then I can work on trying to find out where Cara and Orphan went."
Haru slumped further into his seat and closed his eyes. Chie leaned over to the new kid, whispering, "He's the worst, huh? Rotten luck for you to get stuck in this class... Well, we'll just have to hang in there for a year."
Zain stood, "Oh yeah that's right." Running out of the room, he grabbed the glass of Callen's blood and ran back to the lab. Snatching the cure and mixing the two together. Commencing all the other things needed while they mixed, he grinned happily to himself.
Chie, having got to class early, lifted her hand, "Mr. Morooka, can the new kid sit here?" Haru lazily arrived late to class. Rubbing his eyes, he slumped into his seat, "Morning Sensei." he yawned.
Before Vin knew what he was doing, he'd bolted from his spot in the trees and caught Max around the waist, pulling her back and holding her against his chest, "Whew, that was a close one. You shouldn't be so careless."
He nodded and left anyway. Zain shook his head, "What the...he can't be serious!? Callen, do something for someone else? Next thing you know he's drinking me dry with all these favors for humanity."
Xigbar ran after Mage, catching her and grabbing Xyplexil and warping away before the feathers could collide with them. Vexen could only summon up a shield of ice to protect everyone and Xone reenforced the ice with a reflect spell. Luxord rolled his eyes and braced himself against the sonic boom. "Bloody hell boy, what are you doing?"
Callen grinned, his fangs gleaming in the light, "Definately. But I will get my son back. Alive or dead, if he's human, it's the only thing that matters. I've had to murder my own wife and one of our children, I won't be killing another son of mine as a creature."
Saix growled as he stood, feeling better, "I have to make sure everyone is safe." Xigbar shot several bullets at the metal vines, hoping they'd knock the vines off Xyplexil. Luxord rubbed his head, "Hmm, well you are both very under-read. Parley is a term used by pirates to call a temporary truce between enemies so they can make a compromise and avoid fighting." he explained.
Chie hurried to get ready, throwing on a green sweater and skirt. She snatched her bag from the table and ate a piece of toast on the way. She'd meet Yukiko and Haruka at school. Haru lazily woke up, he slowly dressed in his school uniform, adding his own flare to it with black leather bracelets on his wrists. He made frequent trips back into the house to grab something he left behind and finally headed out to Yasogami High.
"What else can I do? I have to get him out of there. Soon..."
Sam nervously sighed, "Sorry...my uncle never let me have guys over so...yeah..." Relaxing, she closed her eyes, easily seeing her uncle behind her eyelids. "Time has moved far too fast for my liking anyway..." ooc: all good. RA, we all await the timeskip.
