"So does mine. I think my dragon is like a lecherous old man!" Michael started laughing.
"I meant to ask you before, what is your dragon like?"
Michael heard Kai at the spring and headed over there, careful not to get her attention. He snuck up behind her and grabbed her.
"Huh, what was that?" "Probably nothing." "Guess your right...." Michael closed the book. "I'll figure what that sentence means later..." "Yeah whatever, you lovestruck puppy." The dragon started laughing. "Shut up, would ya!" Michael stood up and left the inn.
Michael walked back into the inn and sat down at the bar. He started to pour through the Tome of Zigstrahl, which was a book of forbidden rune magic. "Interesting....many of these runes would be very useful on our trip." He noticed a small sentence fragment near the end of the book. ....sealed within....power. "What power? What does this mean?"
Michael yawned "Getting tired?" "Do you ever shut up?" "Geez, sorry I asked...." Michael walked into the store and bought some supplies for the road ahead. "It's amazing how you can carry all of that in such a small pack."
Michael stood up and streched. "Need to run to the shop for a few minutes, we're low on supplies."
"Your dragon giving you problems too?" OOC: G2G, see ya.
"You're enjoying this, aren't you?" "Kai is my fiancee. Why shouldn't I enjoy being with her?" "Good point."
"I am a little out of practice though. It's been years since I played a piano...i've always prefered my flute."
"You are a pretty good piano player, even though you are a little out of practice." "Is that a compliment? Or are you trying to mock me?" "No, I mean it, you're good." "Thanks."
Michael thought about playing along with his flute, but he saw a piano in the corner and decided to play it for a while. "Haven't played one of these in years...." "Why not?" "I can't carry a piano in my pocket, stupid!" "But you don't have pockets...."
"Yeah....."
"This is just touching." Michael just ignored the dragon. "In all my life, I never thought I would be getting married. It feels kind of strange..."
"Don't start crying now. Save it for the wedding."
"You got it."
"Right." "I never knew that...." "You never asked."
