"Are you back with us now Cliff?"
Michael looked at Cliff. "What happened to him?" "Looks like something took the air out of his lungs." "Well, we'll just have to fix that....I don't know if you can hear me Cliff, but this might hurt a little." Michael conjured the wind in the room and forced some into Cliff's lungs.
"What happened to her?" "From what I could tell, after you destroyed your father's soul, she recovered her memory. After that, she came looking for you and got attacked. The doctor healed her injuries, though. All she needs now is a little rest." "Good. After she wakes up, I am going to have her taken to Tredor." "Why's that?" "She will probably be safer there..."
OOC: I was beginning to wonder if Aldon was ever going to return in the story. BIC: Zephyr reappeared. "Michael, I figured out who this woman is..." "Well, who is she?" "You better sit down." Michael sat down. "This woman is your mother." Michael fell out of his chair.
"I'll tell you later." They entered the clinic. "This way, my lord." They were brought to a bed with a white haired woman wearing a white robe sleeping in it. "Strange...I feel like I have seen this woman before...." "I'll enter her mind and see who she is, and what happened to her." Zephyr dissapeared.
A guard ran into the inn. "Excuse me. Sorry to interrupt you, my lord, but the doctor is requesting your presence at his office." "Why is that?" "Apparently, a woman was found outside the town, badly injured. She was calling your name before she passed out." "Really? That's strange....I guess I had better go check it out. Are you going to come with me, Kai?"
"Don't be embarrased." Michael said as he reached forward to hug Kai.
Michael unwrapped the book. "Thank you, Kai. What did Zephyr tell you?" "Michael, you are so dense! Don't you even know what today is?"
"What have you got there?"
OOC: Going to be another off and on day for me. BIC: "I thought I heard Kai walk out.....I wonder where she went...."
"Get him a book or something. He's always reading."
"Just make sure that Cliff knows that you are leaving. We don't want him worrying about you."
"If you could just tell your king that I would like to meet with him one day and establish peace between our two races, that would be fine."
"No, they won't attack unless I command it. But you won't have to worry about that."
"Peace is hard to obtain, and even harder to maintain. It will take time, but I believe it can be done."
"Just as some humans and keldon hold grudges against each other. My people have a saying, 'Those who constantly look to the past will never see the road that lies ahead of them.' It's a saying that I have always lived by."
"Not a lot. I do know that our two races were at war at one time, but I hope to bring peace between the keldon and the teraw."
"Not interested...."
"Nobody is going to attack you." Michael pulled out the royal seal and put it on. "Not unless they want to lose their head, that is."
"Not everyone, there are more humans here. Besides, the keldon are heading to the ruins of Villgust to rebuild it." Michael finished his coffee. "I am kind of tired though. I had to go to the Blackmoon Council last night."
