OOC: It definately would be nice if we actually had all the elemental dragoons.
OOC: You'd definately need to drop the fire and light dragoons. Neither of them have been on here for the longest time. Starting a new thread would also be nice, as we could fill the slots faster that way.
"Alright, see if she can drive them away from the city. Tell her not to put herself in too much danger, though."
Michael began teaching the soldiers how to extract a demon's soul and how to shatter it. OOC: See ya.
"That's alright. I can show them how to kill demons." Michael said.
"Then show us how to fight against the demons." The soldier said.
"No, I haven't." The soldier said. "Why do you ask?"
Michael turned to his troops. "So, any of you feel like quitting now?" One of the soldiers stepped forward. "No, sir! I speak for the rest of the men when I say that we would follow you to the very gates of hell if we must." "That's very reassuring, soldier, but I don't plan on going there anytime soon."
"May the four wind gods also bless us."
"Fighting is what I've spent most of my life doing, besides, I can't die yet. I'm going to be a married man soon."
"They shouldn't have anything to fear now. Besides, most of these soldiers don't know how to do anything other than being a soldier, so they wouldn't desert the army so easily."
"I have no idea. Still, I meant every word I said. I've got no time for paranoid cowards in my army."
Michael landed. He was approached by a few soldiers with concerned looks on their faces. "What's the matter, soldier?" "My lord, some of the troops are concerned about fighting alongside the teraw. They're afraid that we'll get stabbed in the back by them. Some are even thinking about desertion." "I see...You can tell them that if they leave, they must disarm themselves and they will be stripped of their rank. I'm not going to let such petty excuses rip this army to shreads. If I don't have any problems fighting alongside the teraw, they shouldn't either." "Aye, sir. I'll inform the rest of the men."
"I'm fine with that, just say the word and I'll have my troops marching."
"We're going to need all the people we can get. I just hope your people get here soon, Sophia."
"I don't think I'll ever be used to being a king. It's been 2 days since I first was crowned, and already I'm marching my troops to war."
"I hope my troops are going to be ready for the upcoming battle. The keldon army hasn't seen combat ever since the demonium war."
"Then I guess I should take my own advice, then." Michael said with an embarrased look on his face.
"You'd best not anger Sophia, Cliff. After all 'Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.'"
Michael flew up in the air, surveying the land for any sort of terrain that might give them a tactical advantage. Unfortunately, he didn't see anything. "Well, guess it's going to come down to sheer skill and muscle, then."
