Well I'm not sure if this is exactly 'old' or not. But I found it viewing FFS' KHIII update section. Credit to Riku, as he is the one who posted it. (Do note, that some of this did look a bit new to me. Some of the info described isn't nearly as vague as you may have previously read)

When thinking about it, was there room time-wise? The end of the project involved both the motion team in Tokyo and Osaka, and it was one large spectacle. When the story of KHII:FM was heard to be in the making, work was belittled so much because I felt that it was going to use up the capacity of the ROM with KHII. Now, the capacity was worked variously, and as for the production, the Re:CoM production was decided too. It became a work that far exceeded the expectation. To work with the data of KH was becoming anxious since the texture had to be re-written again. Also, the KHII production was finished, and the production of the KH series was fulfilled, too. The results and the end are large, always. The mastering of the improvements were faced at last, safely, last week (interview).

= Nomura-sanâ€™s Interview =

Nomura: Because the Org. XIII battle becomes harder after making the assumption of the challenge after beating it once, I want you to challenge it after it raises the level, and the abilities and equipment are enhanced.

Interviewer: Can you do nothing in the mode that I have?

Nomura: As a result, Sephiroth, who was thought to be the strongest in KHII is now lower than the Org. members in terms of ranking from the strongest. However, the Org members are not the strongest ones.

Interviewer: There is a higher enemy?

Nomura: The strength of the Org. XIII, and there is an enemy named â€œ_ _ _ no _â€. Here, itâ€™s thought that becoming strong and managing to find the capture method of beating the Org. XIII is so that itâ€™s not possible to break if there is no technique of the player after finding the capture method of the new secret enemy. I prepared him for the people who felt that Sephiroth was weak.

Interviewer: With all these strong enemies, it will be hard to see the secret movie wonâ€™t it?

Nomura: Yes, defeating all these enemies are the conditions. As also are the completion of Jiminyâ€™s Journal and defeating the strongest enemy. The card battle system of Re:CoM is possible to play long if the player knows the depth of it though it may take some time of gaining experience. How to fight changes only in the place where the deck is changed, too. It is likely to be able to win easily as long as the deck is rearranged to the enemies who canâ€™t win. There is a point where such a place where the card battle is taking place is interesting. Of course, the tutorial is prepared for the beginner.

The search element of the map has increased once it became 3-D and has a changed aspect. Because the door has disappeared, the map where the door is seen within a few yards of the place has happiness thatâ€™s like looking for the door in the GBA version. Where the confused arrows of the Olympus Colisseum are shooting from the statues are an occupying 3-D element.

It is recommended to play in the order of: Re:CoMâ€™s Soraâ€™s chapter -> Re:CoMâ€™s Rikuâ€™s chapter -> KHII:FM chapter. I think that order is comprehensible in the story. A certain service is prepared. A new cutscene having a presentiment of KHII to the ending of Re:CoM is added. I want you to see it by all means.
The announcement of the new KH project may be earlier than the Square-Enix Party. However, I think itâ€™s possible to visit it by all means because I prepared a surprise.

A Light in Chaos Blog user made some extra notes:

- The HP bar of Sora is long for an abnormal unit (more than half of the screen).

- I think the Demyx battle is especially long. The Xemnasâ€™ battle, Xigbarâ€™s battle, and Axelâ€™s battle are also long.

- The maximum value of the drive gauge is nine.

- Is there a previous continuation about the map that can challenge the Org. XIII? A red line that shows the pause of the map in a simple map, begins.

- The order of the row is not the order of the number (of Org. members appearing on the magazineâ€™s page). By the way, the entrance of Axelâ€™s battle is at the nine oâ€™clock position. When speaking of the clock, one assumes the mapâ€™s entrance is to be six oâ€™ clock.

I love Kingdom Hearts. I love Kingdom Hearts a lot, in fact, I come here now only because I love KH so much....

So...with that said....I love all of you guys. Everyone here at the forum makes my experience and love for KH ten times greater. If it weren't for this forum (and some KHI), I would have never been so addicted, and I'm proud of it.

Was I the only one who noticed that in the recent magazine scan that Xaldin posted in the news section, that Sora's HP bar is HUGE?

When were we ever told it could get so HIGH? O_o

It definitely doesn't look normal like in the reg. KH2. :/
