Axel winced, he seemed to always bring terrible luck. But he laughed too, at how odd their luck was turning out to be. Oddly the dragons remained with the ship. One's claws pierced into the ship right over Xion's head. She screamed. Renee kept screaming as the nightmare got worse. Aella's face was completely distorted. She was terrifying and now a sharp sword was speeding toward Renee and her wrists and ankles were bound in chains to a slab of black rock. "NO!" the sword pierced her heart and blood bubbled out of her mouth, unable to tell the difference between nightmare and reality. Aella laughed, her powers still moving around her as they fashioned something else, somewhere else....
Nova scowled at her the large dome of darkness increasing each time Alice felt her spirit fall, "Stop acting like you're so important Alice! The worlds are important too! Or did you forget that while you were oggling that boy!?" she spit the word "boy" as if it had a foul taste in her mouth. Alice flinched, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry." her wings drooped and her golden eyes dulled. The dome increased by half an inch, devouring more of Traverse Town. "Go then...take the boy with you. But you have to save the worlds." Alice perked up, her eyes shining and her wings fluttered happily. "I will!" Nova rolled her dark blue eyes, "And please stop that instant cheery stuff. It's sickening." she pretended to gag herself and each individual black wing flapped once.
Xion's blush darkened and Axel flinched when he noticed the energy readings from the signal, "Looks like a trap. To get a signal so soon after Verius left? And of this kind of energy?" Aella grinned, her smile twisting before Renee's eyes, making the Princess scream in terror. Dragons of all sorts with enlarged fangs and large claws grappled with the Neo Rare Witch. They'd appeared out of nowhere and now were trying to rip the hull right off the ship.
Devln stared after him, blinking as if someone had slapped him, "I don't believe it.... It makes sense now! Claire, that man, uh, Ryo, he's a summoner! The High Summoner Ryo. I can't believe you didn't recognize him. Aren't you always going on about how much you love your High Summoners?" Claire frowned, "Hey, it's not my fault. I don't know everything about everyone. Mr. I'm Al Bhed So I Know Everything!" They quarrelled like an old couple and moved on. Catching a boat out from Kilika.
Heh, yeah... Wow, well I'm sure you can figure it out. ^^ You can do it! lol
Xion nodded, "Riku told you all didn't he?" she turned a bright red. Expecting this out of Riku was like expecting a Nobody to have emotions. Not likely, but possible. Bellatrix waited in the Keyblade Graveyard, pulsing off a signal that would attract any kind of ship. Her dark energy radiated with an underlying tone of something different. A light briefly flashed and Aella stood before Renee, patting her cheek.
Devln snorted, giving up trying to figure out who he was, "Ya think?" he mumbled something in Al Bhed and Claire frowned, "New Yevon thinks I'm on their side and the Youth League believes Devln's on their side. It's so confusing really. It almost makes you miss Sin....almost.... At least everyone was working more or less together." she rambled on before pulling a small deck of cards out of her pocket and nervously shuffling them, "Not that having Sin back would be any good. I mean....Sin destroyed Kilika and killed my parents." she fell silent and Devln patted her shoulder, "Is there something we can do for you, sphere hunter boy?"

Luce winced slightly when the water hit her hand and she closed her eyes as she listened to the few words Scott had to say. She knew he was saying a lot more by what he wasn't saying, but she refused to aknowledge those words. Once she'd heard Scott ask about her hand, she felt her healing begining. The sting ebbed but it didn't ease her guilt. "It's alright." She kept her eyes on her palm, watching it stitch itself together again. Closing her hand and lowering it to her side, Luce let all the anger and whatever else she harbored inside her hollow heart be locked away for a moment. Glancing up at Scott, she forced herself to meet his eyes. Without the anger her eyes were darker and less like crystaline ice and more like clear water. "Thank you, Scott.... Though, I don't know why you bother with me. I can never be family to people. Civilized people....the only family I have is dead and the only substitute family I could have if I had the sense not to try to kill her, would probably become Alexis. You can see it in her eyes....the street does leave a certain mark, be it scars or something hidden inside." She looked down at herself and laughed a genuine laugh for once in her life, "I think I came away with a little of both. My scars aren't easy to cover up. They're just reminders of just how flawed I am." She wrapped her arms around her waist, hugging herself, "I can't be myself, because I don't know who she is anymore."
Hm, well that's good. Despite the no internet. The rp hasn't moved all that fast with only three other people and me.
Xion and Axel followed, "Where do you think she is? This....Martel?" Renee and the mysterious woman offered their opinions on the place they were trapped in. "The Realm of Incompleteness?" "Yes...it will have a different name soon. Once the woman who was born of darkness finds the door to this place. Only then will it be complete. Renee....I'm terribly sorry I can't give you my name. I'd like to, but too many knowing my name is dangerous."
Claire smiled, "Claire and this is Devln." she elbowed him when he folded his arms and looked away. "Oh, it's no problem. The people of Kilika have always been our friends, them doing this....is odd but not uncommon." Devln growled, "Claire, the people of Kilika have never treated us like this before." he glowered at Ryo, "So you're Ryo....why is that name familiar?"
You're back! xD YAY! How was the trip, dare I ask?
Ash blinked, helping Lynn brush dirt off her dress, "Sorry about that. Uh, oh, miss, this is King Neo. The King of Haven. Not a lot of people have met him in person so it's alright." Neo glared at the man as he picked himself up from the ground, "Now go home. Bother my Captain and whoever he fancies again and I'll remove your head with Kyon myself!" Ash flinched at his King's words, "Don't worry, he's...not as frightening as he seems. Honest." Ash tried his best to keep his voice honest and sincere, praying she'd believe him. Martel's gentle smile fell a little at Max's words but she brushed it away, "Very well. Hmm, while Alice and Adrien are gone I should go have a word with Haven's warriors blocking the forest." Martel cheerfully walked away. She didn't look like she could fight very well. With her green velvet dress and dainty, delicate fingers, she lacked the appearance of a warrior and more so of a delicate china doll. Adrien and Alice caught up to the intruder. With a keyblade out, they weren't hard to spot. Adrien narrowed his eyes and Alice called out, "Hey you! Freeze! You've intruded into a city that is not yours to walk into. Lumini is a sacred city of Light and Haven scum is not welcome here!"
Devln rolled his eyes as the mob timidly broke apart. "Yeah, like we needed your support." Claire nudged him and smiled shyly, "Pardon him. He doesn't know how to act with humans." Devln snorted, "Yes I do...I just don't like them very much."
Xion nodded, "He'll be alright. Something was pushing at his mind sort of like a corruption, but different. It had no other effects besides leaving him unconscious." Renee listened to the song until she found her self crying. Tears fell on her cheeks and she felt it. Another thing she rejoiced about. "Hello? Is someone out there?!" From the echoes of the darkness, the song stopped and a woman's voice responded, "Yes. Who are you?" Renee sighed, "I'm Renee, where are we?" "Somewhere dark and a place we should not."
Haha, me too. The final ending kept bothering me until I wrote it. And besides the second book, I have another different book that i'm loving to...
Xion and Axel tended to Roxas, having missed Riku's announcement. "Xion....?" "Yeah?" Axel gave her a serious look, "You're going to marry Riku aren't you?" Xion blushed and nodded, "Is that bad?" Smiling, Axel rubbed her head, "Not at all. In fact, I pray he can handle you. You're quite vicious when need be." Xion smiled at his praise and finished tucking Roxas into his bed, "He'll be alright Xion. Roxas can handle almost anything." She nodded.
The final battle is epic since it does kinda break your heart. At least that's what I was going for with the readers.
