Renee nodded, "And...not to add on to our problems...but Xenree's back. She's a lot more...pissed off and different." Saix took a full view of them and noted the bright orange and the word 'Corridors'. He nodded furiously, "Got it! Orange, corridors, got it!" He tore open a dark corridor and ran through. Cloud shrugged, "Haven't seen him." He started to walk away and glanced back at her, "You coming?"
Xenree stopped when she heard the last voice in the world she wanted to hear. Orias... Turning slowly, she knew her face was hidden quite well by the hood of her new coat and her silver eyes glowed vibrantly. Refusing to aknowledge him here, Xenree backed away from him and the Nobody form of Marushi. She didn't care for her new name.
Renee gave Raoxthu a hug and kissed his cheek before tuning into Wheatley's story. "Um...what?" the red symbols faded back into her skin, without little notice of herself. Cloud watched the young girl walk out of the portal and slowly approached her, "Walking out of a mysterious portal is suspicious. Whatever happened to the days when people appeared with a loud commotion." he spoke as if it were a statement instead of a question and pulled off his sunglasses. Saix jerked and turned toward Hestia and Ashir. His eyes widened and he calmed slightly, "Hestia...Ashir!" Running toward them like a puppy, he stopped barely an inch before their faces, "Tell me you know where Mage is!? Please!"
Ash and Neo exchanged a confused glance and Apollimi gave Enoch an odd look and pulled Lynn gently into the circle of her arms. The Goddess' silk clothes wrapped around Lynn and the patches of leather brushed Lynn's cheek. "Oh, my precious child. You've been through so much." Enoch rolled his eyes and snorted, "Apollimi....she's not that poor. She'll stay with Ash until she remembers something useful." Apollimi scowled at him but kept Lynn glued to her. Neo folded his arms across his chest, oddly in a protective way, "Why can't she stay with me?" Apollimi was about to speak when Ash shoved the young King, "Cause your women around you are just playthings. Admit the truth Neo! We need to have an intervention and here's where it starts!" Neo smiled slightly and glared at him, "Shut up. It should be Lynn's decision of who she wants to stay with." Adrien kept his smile firm on his face as the sunlight dimmed and the forest darkened around them. "I guess....this forest isn't intimidating to you?" His fear remained of Haven itself rather than the Dark Forest, but a worry of the denizens of the Forest was a constant in his mind. Something howled in the darkened forest and he edged slightly closer to Cat. "You hear that?" Martel nodded, "Neo is cruel...but his father is much more. You'd know it if you even saw him. I'm sure the young King got his temper from his father." She smiled ceasing her talk of Neo and his family. "So...Karma Gypsies. How long have you been wandering out here? Aren't you worried about Heartless and Nobodies?"
Renee recalculated her time away and frowned. "A few...hours? But...I could've sworn I was gone for at least a month....a day?" She panicked slightly. "How on earth could I have done all that in a few hours in what felt like months!? This is insane! What if I aged? My God Raoxthu! I could be way older than you now!" With her rising blood pressure the same red symbols shimmered back into view on her skin and burned viciously. Terra and Aqua shrugged and padded through the jungle to the Oasis. Aqua growled, "Terra...this is Simba. He said he needs us to help him fight some lion named Scar and take back his land." Terra shook his head, "And in return?" Simba lifted his chin, "I'll help you find your friend." Nightmare gently prodded Mage's mind, Mage are you alright? You seem a bit down... Saix released the boy after snarling in his face again and stormed away. He snarled at mid-wives and children. His search for Mage's familiar face turning up empty.
Cool. But you've always been a legend in my book. :)
Renee cautiously regarded them. She'd seen their deaths from the future and now...it was all she could think about. "More or less Wheatley...At least, I believe they're my friends... Who knows what's changed since I've been gone." She kept close to Raoxthu, feeling safer with him than the people she'd called friends before she'd been sweeped away by her new powers. A familiar blue head poked out of the bushes and Terra relaxed, "Aqua! Did you find him!?" She shook her head. "I'm sorry Terra...I couldn't find him. I don't think he's here in this world. We have to search the other worlds...." she trailed off as she saw Mage, "Mage...I know we've never actually spoken but I'm glad someone familiar is around." Terra ran up to her and nuzzled her, Aqua and he didn't share anything except a friendship bond that could never be broken. Saix pinned the boy against the wall and snarled in his face, "Have you, or have you not seen a little girl wearing and coat like mine?!" Seifer trembled in fear and rapidly shook his head no.
Renee glanced upward and glanced back at the now closed portal into the Realm of Incompleteness. "Alright...." Renee felt a pulse of distrust run through her mind and body as she dragged Raoxthu and Wheatley on board. Xenree's darkness knocked Aella off her feet and she shifted back. "You think I care about them? I don't need them to rule the universe. I have no heart to care for a bunch of cowards who depend on someone else to make my vision come true." Aella's eyes smiled at her as she watched Xenree glare down at her. "Then your vision must be cloudy." Terra's ears perked as he heard something rustle in the leaves. "Stay still Mage." His lips pulled back from his teeth and claws slid from his paws. Saix kept himself busy...not the kind of busy Mage would approve of but it kept his mind busy and off the thought that she was dead.
Renee struggled to remember, "Um...we..we need to get ourselves to the P.R.W. Does that ship even still exist? I saw...a lot of different futures when we left. It was so frightening to see all that." Xenree's snake form eased into the Realm of Incompleteness and slithered through Aella's hair, "Well, this is an interesting sight. You're Aella...the Guardian of Courage." Aella stirred and snatched up Xenree, holdng her away from her body, "You're Xenree...the Fates told me of you. You're the Dark Queen...or former Dark Queen should I say. Isn't that right? Everyone you had on your side abandoned you at the slightest whim when you left. Renee sweeped you off your throne with her new powers and you lost your supporters." Xenree hissed, her silver snake eyes glowing and darkness wrapping around Aella's ankles. Terra stopped and scratched his ear with his hind paw. "Mage....I haven't seen Saix or anybody for that matter in a long time. I've been stuck here." They entered the jungle and Terra glanced around constantly looking for Aqua. Roxas and Xion wandered through the maze long enough until they'd arrived at another similar stone tablet that Renee had been chained to. Instead of Renee, now a lovely woman with green hair was chained to it and the markings on this rock were blue.
Renee smiled and felt a chill run down her spine. "C'mon...lets get out of this depressing place." She opened a hole in the darkness, leading back to the Keyblade Graveyard. Oddly, the red markings that had seeped into her skin, revolved around the portal. Renee dragged both Wheatley and Raoxthu through the portal and back onto the dirt ground of the Graveyard. Xenree observed her Somebody quietly. Simplistic and yet...brimming with a more powerful source of darkness. This must be the Realm of Incompleteness that the Fates spoke of. She altered her form to appear as a black snake and slithered toward the still open dark portal leading into the realm. Terra nodded and led Mage along the path toward the Oasis. "We've all been gone for so long that I was afraid no one would remember us."
Standing, Xenree held a hand to her heart. Why couldn't she feel anything....? Everything...all her feelings for Orias, Marushi, and everyone else...it was all gone. Xenree stepped lightly as she pushed herself down the dark alley.
Renee struggled to lower him to the ground. "Easy now....you're safe with me my love." Brushing hair back from his forehead. Terra padded closer to her, "I haven't seen Saix in a while....Aqua and I...we went looking for Ven after we found ourselves here. It was so...strange. Waking up here like I did in Radient Garden all those years ago. I haven't been able to find Aqua in a while. She went off to the oasis to look for Ven but she hasn't come back."
Aella froze, releasing his hand and blinking rapidly. "You...you what?" Her illusions disappeared against her will and she stepped back, "You're not...afraid? How...?" She backed up again stepping closer to Renee who now was fully alert and pissed. The marks had stopped hurting her and now simply fueled some new sort of power inside her. She stood, pulled back her arm and tapped Aella's shoulder. Aella turned and Renee snarled and punched her. Shaking her fist in pain, Renee nursed it and looked shyly up at Raoxthu. Aella fell unconscious to the ground. Terra looked down curiously at Mage's boots and grinned in a kitty cat kind of way, "Weird boots....what're you doing here Mage?"
Aella grabbed his fist, barely containing a flinch. It did hurt, but she wasn't about to allow him to win. "You don't understand do you? Your courage..." several different images of Renee strung up in different ways of dying flashed around Raoxthu and Aella continued in a more than threatening voice, "Is useless to you if you don't know how to utilize it!" Renee cried out in pain from the marks burning on her skin and the thought of Raoxthu dead. "H-hello...? Is someone there?" Terra, in an adorable cat form padded around a rock, his eyes focused on Mage, "M-mage?! Is that you?!"
Renee panted painfully, "Y-you mean Aella...? She...she's not a Fate...she's just a Guardian. Fates are...a lot tougher....I'm sure." She immediately got a flash of memory of a blue eyed woman in a black cloak who'd ordered Aella to chain her to this rock. She jerked upright and glanced around, "You mean...he's fighting Aella!? Raoxthu please! Be careful!" Aella snarled and warped in front of him, slamming her lance down on Raoxthu's foot. "Walk away from this fight and I swear you'll piss me off for real." Nightmare growled lowly as she felt the presence of someother thing or person.
Aella smirked, "Are we getting somewhere now?" Renee winced, lifting her arm, "Of course. I'm not useless." From her hand, sprials of darkness slithered from her and formed into a corridor of darkness. "Hurry....wh-where's Raoxthu?" Nightmare took a survey of the area, Oh man, this place doesn't look like it's filled with intelligent life...
Aella and her copies grinned moving out of the way, "Interesting...is this despite that your darling Renee is in pain?" Renee bit her lip to keep her moan of pain as she gingerly touched the pulsing red marks. "What's happening to me...?" Nightmare calmed herself and sent calming waves of energy through Mage, Might I ask...where are we? This land and...not to be rude, your form are very odd to me.
The Aella's growled. Most of them dodging the spell by hovering in the air. "Is it funny to know Renee hurts the longer you delay your own demise?" She cast a large Aeroaga toward Raoxthu. Renee dropped from the shackles, with the redened marks burning into her skin. "Owww..." she whimpered in pain. Nightmare clanged on the ground, a small groan escaping her but the odd gasping sound stopped, I'm sorry Mage....whatever happened a few days ago was very painful to me. I tried my best to protect you...I failed.
Aella dodged as fast as Raoxthu could throw his punches. Being less of a fighter Aella relied on her tricks to disillusion Raoxthu than actually fight him. Several very real looking copies of Aella formed and smirked at him. Renee watched the chain break under the laser and yelped as a red marking from the stone leapt off the stone and onto her skin, burning her. Nightmare came a little harder to Mage. The Keyblade silent for a while before making a gasping choking sound.
Aella growled, "People control destiny not fate! The entity fate is controlled by the sisters of Fate. It's a power they were born with!" Aella brushed back her white blond hair from her face and touched her lance on the floor in front of her. "If you want your girlfriend back you'd best stop debating with me and try a little harder on something else." Saix frantically ran through Twilight Town, stopping everyone he met and asking them if they'd seen a small girl around, perhaps wearing a coat like his. They all said no. Despairing, Saix closed his eyes and leaned against the clock tower. "Mage...where are you?!"
