One his crew-members opened the door, and said, "Captain, there are two people outside who want to see you." "Can you not see that I am busy at the moment?" Jones said. "But Captain, they're from the Crystal Order, and they invoked a parley..." the crew-member continued. "What?" Davy Jones wondered aloud. What would the Crystal Order want with pirates, Davy Jones thought to himself. The captain got out of his seat, and went outside. He found a man and a woman waiting for him.... "It's not very often I get visitors from the Order," Davy Jones said, greeting Crystal Order members Attila and Hun, "But, you've invoked a parley, so I promise not to harm the two of you, for now..." "Hmm, you certainly are a stickler for the pirate code as I've heard," Hun commented, "But anyway, Attila and I are only here on a goodwill mission from the Crystal Order. I assure you we have no intention of attacking." "Oh? And what is this goodwill mission yer talkin' about?" Davy Jones asked. "It's simple. We're inviting you to join our brotherhood, and help us achieve our goals," Attila said. After hearing what Attila said, Davy Jones burst out laughing, with his crew laughing along, and said, "Do you two know what I am? I'm a pirate! I have no interest in killing people unless there are rewards that come with it. What could you possibly offer me that could actually make me consider joining your organization?" "Well for starters, control of the Kraken," Attila replied. Hearing Attila mentioning the Kraken caught the pirate's attention. 'Control it?' Davy Jones thought to himself, and asked, "But ho-" "The Kraken is actually a creature called an S-type, which are a species that we in the Crystal order are allied with," Hun said while cutting off Davy Jones, "But yes, join us, and you will have control of the ultimate monster of the sea." "Heh, but there's more," Attila added, "In a few months, we expect to control the entire world, and establish a new world order. Our boss wanted you to have control over all the oceans and any islands in between once that happens, but only if you agree to join us." The government was saying that the creatures that appeared were Pokemon, but Jack knew very well that the government was lying, and keeping the truth a secret from the public, because he clearly remembers these creatures.
