Nice chapter. It's interesting how you replaced quotation marks with dashes, but the second line uses quotes. Also, you should state the speaker. It makes the story difficult to read if the reader doesn't know who's talking. Can't wait to read more.

The lines are for the number of years at the Roman camp. Spoiler Jason has twelve lines because he's been there for basically his entire life. Reyna, the other praetor at Camp Jupiter had four lines.
