Larz began to pet eva. Her soft fur felt so diffrent from his room. They were both soft, but his room was smooth. Eva seemed sharp.

    "Forever?"

ooc: I'm sorry, he's been locked in that room all his life. It is a miracle that he even knows how to talk.

Looking past Larxene, the pain enthusiast saw a new individual. Possibly another chance at pain. Then again it was probably just another member so he wasn't a target. Still that begged the question of why he was here. Maybe xemnas ordered that man to track him down.

In either case, Gex waved at the nobody from across the hall

"Yeah yeah we know we'll be right there."

ooc: just for the record the proper term is manic, not maniac.

bic: "brought? there is more than here?"

Larz looked over at eva and picked her up. He liked the feel. At least something was familiar it this place.

Larz was completely stunned. before he never had arms, not he had them and it was being gripped by this child. If he wasn't a manic he might have understood what was going on. Maybe his father had not chained him and crippled him mentally. Father, a thing he only knew by a title, something that was nothing more than sound.

Lexaeus obeyed. Calmly, he drifted off into momentary oblivion and waited. In time, his power would return and his orders layed out before him. He was fortunate being a nobody. With no heart he couldn't be angry at anyone for the pain he endured through.

Looking into her eyes Gex saw something. He couldn't exactly explain it, but surely it was some personal thought. He would have asked and wondered what he saw, but now didn't seem right. It would ruin whatever was there between them.

"Should we see the others? that old man doesn't like to be kept waiting I assume."

    Yes Zextion

He was right of course. the fight prior had really drained his strength. If it hadn't worked he probably have fallen into the darkness. Relaxing, Lexaeus layed down to rest and closed his eyes. However, he stayed concious just incase the schemer needed to say something.

The man put his hand on the wall to support himself. Looking down his eyes seemed to glaze over.

"You see that's the thing. I don't feel happiness, I don't feel anything. The only thing I can feel is pain. Therefore...well I consider it a good substitute."

He shook his head and looked up at Larxene. His eyes began to dance and his smile was back, only softer.

"But that doesn't matter, I have you and you have me. Isn't that enough?"
