Hattori changed out of his robe.

Hattori put his arms around Arisa and kissed her.
The crowd started to disperse since the contest was over.
Hattori clapped for her as the announcer handed her the trophy.
The announcer read the decision and announced that Suki was the winner.
Hattori figured it would be between Arisa and Suki. The rest of the contestants couldn't compare to the two of them.
Once the last of the contestants was finished, everyone waited for the judges to announce a winner.
Hattori clapped loudly again before the announcer called the remaining contestants.
