Eventually, he comes in contact with Lifestream and becomes enveloped with the memories of the dead, including the entire Cetra race. The power he has can either save the world, or destroy it. The planet fashions him an Artificial Soul, making him capable of resisting posession by anyone or anything. Will he become a hero, or a tyrant?

The name I'm guessing is from the Norse mythology, because Loki is the god of trickery and Ragnorok is "Doom of the Gods."
