I'm not using that. As a Canadian, I memorize the weather ahead of time so I can brave it later. It's -26 Celsius here but it'll be 2 on Sunday. Road conditions are generally icy, anyone commuting should drive cautiously. Since it only snowed last week, if your snow tires aren't on by now, they should be.
