I think he's definatly harder in KhII, mainly because of Heartless Angel. Here, he jumps in the air, making at harder for you to break the spell... Also he gained the ability to combo you. At the beginning of the duel, if you don't press the triangle button in time you'll get combo'd to a pulp. And I defeated him countless times in Kh. I defeated him on lvl82, While the KhII Sephiroth is unstoppable for me(I'm lvl 95 with Ultima).
