I just want to protect my family. Hattori said before sighing. I had a dream the other night about Kyo. She was a teenager and was going out with someone. She came to us one night, bloodied and bruised. When we asked her what happened, she told us her boyfriend had gotten drunk and beat her. I hunted him down, dragged him into an alleyway and beat him within an inch of his life.
Hattori smiled. I know I'll probably end up being an over-protective father.
I've been thinking about the wedding, and I think it'll be best to have it this weekend. Once Kyo is born, we can have our honeymoon, since she'll be born during summer vacation.
I can't wait until Kyo is born. I'm sure you'll be feeling a lot better after she's born.
