The issue isn't so much that she said that. Rather, it was because she sent a tweet directly to the airline company about a threat, meaning that it could've been a possible threat, so they did what they had to do. Now if it was just some kid making a joke threat about robbing a bank, then arresting that person would be too much. But making a joke threat about hijacking a plane and killing everyone inside... that's where I draw the line. As a matter of fact, it's illegal to say the word 'bomb' while on a plane, so arresting her for this isn't really surprising.
