Well, after I'm done sporting or physical education at school, it is usually much less serious. But I really want it to stop, y'know. I tried 3 psychologists already. All 3 didn't work, and they all said the same thing after a year: 'talk slowly.' But it seems I'm unable to. About that medication, no. Never. I'm not gonna take medication to solve anything. May sound a bit stubborn, but I'm not going to do that.
Well, there's still a part of Castle Oblivion int the Twilight Mansion; the room with the pod where Sora slept in. I don't think it got destroyed.

I try that all the time, there's a problem with the way I breathe in. At least, that's what I'm told.

You should also try to go train in Traverso Town, or Hollow Bastion. There are some pretty strong Heartless there, especially the Defenders and Wyverns.
