The only new lines for DiZ in FM were already voiced by Christopher Lee in the original DS release of 358/2 Days, so I don't think they'll be replacing his voice.
In addition to Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMix being released this October in Japan, a 256 page Ultimania covering the entire series will be released as well, covering the story of the series so far in preparation for KH3. In addition, the Ultimania features new artwork as well as some info from the development team. Kingdom Hearts Series Memorial Ultimania as well as Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMix will both be released in Japan on October 2nd.
