Xardius got up and leaped back through. He swept past Nulix and hit Geryl as he was leaping up. They landed and Geryl, though unhurt, was stunned for just a second. Xardius tapped deep into his crystal during that second and charged his sword to beyond its maximum. "We've done this before..." Xardius said, charging as Geryl leapt at him. "WE CAN DO IT AGAIN!" With a mighty slash, fueled by every source of power within his crystal, Xardius hit Geryl. The mako armor at first stopped the blow, then it buckled, cracked and finally shattered, and Geryl was blown backwards through the air into a building. Xardius gasped for breath, then walked up to the stunned and armorless Geryl. "Now," he gasped. "It's time you left." Pointing Chomper at Geryl, he drew on all his resources and plunged into Geryl's psychi. What he found sent him reeling, but he pushed on. He found the core of Geryl's being, and the dark strain that ran through him. "Extraction," he grunted again, then added, "is impossible. But I'll do what I can." After about 2 minutes, he collapsed on Chomper, exhausted. Geryl lay calmly sleeping. "There," he whispered. OOC: Sorry to cut this short, but I have to go......Anyway, since I might not get to explain it, I pretty much just tied off your ties with the darkness, so you can't access it for a while...until you gain all the dark orbs anyway. It's kind of like what Riku did with Ansem. Ansem's tied off until he can defeat him fully. Anyway, I'll see ya'll later.
"So," Xardius snarled, as Geryl slammed him back. "This is what we get is it! HIT ME THEN! HIT ME HARDER THAN THAT!" Xardius blocked the next blow. "You're such a wimp. You can't even touch me!" Xardius booted off Geryl's face and smacked Geryl into another building. "You're pathetic!"
Xardius, while Wing was jumping forward, turned around and smashed Vecked in the face, sending him through about seventeen roof tops to hit the ground far away. He heard "NOW XARDIUS!" and he flipped forward, hit the edge, waved at Nulix, and flipped off, straight at Geryl. Grabbing Wing, he threw him back up and then sliced down at Geryl, landing lightly as Geryl slammed heavily into the ground. Geryl stood up, laughing. "You can't hurt me!" he cried. Xardius shrugged. "Hey Wing! I'll take care of this guy! You probably can't do much cause of his armor! Take care of that weirdo who tried to ambush us!" Turning back to Geryl, he saluted him with Chomper. "Well, this should be fun. You can't hurt me either." The two charged at one another.
Xardius landed lightly behind Wing. "Extraction," he stated solemnly.
"That reactor. Somethin's up," Xardius said, pointing. Absent-mindedly, he kicked away a shadow that was gnawing on his boot. "I wonder...Heartless, no Geryl...No Nulix either, but I'm not sure what that means other than Nulix is friends with Geryl...Perhaps Geryl is in dark form again?" Xardius sighed. Means I have to beat the living daylight out of him again...
Xardius was surprised when a reprieve came. Panting, he turned and saw a monstrous Dark Thorn with chains wrapped around it charging him. "Aw, give me a break," Xardius said. The Dark Thorn hit him full in the chest, but Xardius didn't move. Dropping Chomper, he grabbed the Dark Thorn's head and squeezed really hard. The Dark Thorn gobbled something, then its head collapsed and it fell to the ground. Xardius picked up Chomper and halved it. "Pathetic," he muttered, turning to fight more Heartless, but then he noticed clouds gathering over one of the reactors close by. "Hey guys! I think we got ourselves a target!" he called.
"Last I saw, he was at the Gummi Ship, resting from his wounds..." Xardius called to her, slicing through Heartless after Heartless after bloody, dang it all, Heartless. "Nulix was right here though...DANG IT ALL LEAVE ME ALONE!" With each syllable, Xardius killed about 60 Heartless, due to the insane amount that were clustering to him. "This isn't good guys!" he called.
"Nice!" Xardius said, charging outside. He stopped and watched wide-eyed as Wing, dual-wielding, ripped through about 60 Heartless at once. Xardius shut his mouth, and swung Chomper as more Heartless jumped at him. He soon found himself crowded for room, however, and the Heartless covered his body so he couldn't move. "Well," Xardius said, his voice somewhat muffled, "this is pleasant...EAT THIS!" The Heartless all exploded as Xardius sent a massive shockwave into them. The shockewave ripped them apart but didn't go any further as the sheer force of bodies was muffled. "What is this?" Xardius said, blowing out fire in the area around him, destroying more Heartless.
Xardius charged forward, ripping left and right, Heartless spraying everywhere. Why are the Heartless here? We don't have hearts for them to take... Stopping his thought, he ripped through more Heartless. Oxyrt joined him, ripping through Heartless. Suddenly, he heard a female voice call, "Get out of the way!" Xardius flipped backwards with Oxyrt as the girl, who was now standing, unleashed a powerful light force as she cried, "FINAL HEAVEN!" The Heartless blew apart...
Before Oxyrt could reply, Heartless shattered through the window, and jumped in. "Heartless!" Xardius cried. "What are they doing here?" The Heartless jumped forward, their claws reaching. "Hah!" Xardius cried, swinging Chomper. The Heartless died instantly. The girl groaned behind him.
OOC: Crazy, I wasn't even serious. BIC: Xardius noticed Oxyrt run into a house. Jogging up, he saw Oxyrt squatting next to a young woman who was laying on the ground, unconscious. "Who's that?" Xardius asked.
OOC: Did the winning and losing do something to you?
OOC: It's my fault. Smack me when I insult you, or something. "'Bout time you got your lazy behind here," Xardius growled. "Where have you been? Drooling on a rock or something?"
"Hmm," Xardius said, smiling slightly. "Perhaps I can feel something after all..." He looked up towards the sun. "Perhaps I can still have hope, then..." He looked down and grinned, running up to catch up with Cloud and Wing.
"What do you mean?" Xardius asked her.
OOC: About the same way I did would work. Mysterious portal, walk through, WHOA! It's just like reading a story and having favorite characters, but these are guys you can talk to. But you're right, Neo, I told him to join...but Darxess hasn't been on in forever, and there's already about 5 people waiting to join... BIC: Xardius walked forward, after Cloud, lost in thought. This could get interesting. He heard Vexneah's name and turned looking around. Where did she end up? he wondered. He was surprised to feel a slight twinge of something where his heart should be. "I'm..." he said, curious more than anything, "worried? But...how?"
Xardius frowned. "They'll be back. We didn't even touch those guys."
OOC: I thought you passed out Geryl. Anyway...We're in the Final Fantasy 7 world, fighting Kadaj, Loz, and Yazoo from Advent Children. BIC: Xardius nodded at Geryl, signifying he was correct. The Twilight Thorn swept down towards the two, and Kadaj, who was getting back up. "That'll do it." Kadaj screamed something and the Twilight Thorn exploded. "Or not..." He watched as the three jumped on their bikes and took off. "Guess we'll finish this later..." OOC: I should stop changing stuff.
Xardius one minute was hacking away, the next he was flying through the hair. Xardius got up, cursing, and yanked off his helmet. "Can't see out of this dang thing," he muttered. Charging, he watched Wing dispatch Kadaj. The other two immediately zeroed in on Wing. "Hey Wing look out!" Xardius called, running for him.
Xardius grabbed Cloud and flipped behind the wall. Cloud shrugged him off and they watched as Geryl began shooting a shotgun at Kadaj. Xardius shrugged, flipped back over the wall and down at the guy with the short hair. The man smacked him away and smashed him into the ground. Xardius just bounced back up and slashed away at the guy.
