When the panel flashed green blue three times, he pulled his hand away and relaxed his power.It was done..everything was configured, every part was set in a shivering plate.The thing was not only cold, but could take punishment as well. Plenty..of punishment.It was highly resistant to many elements,and he had to make sure it could handle rough conditions.With all the enemies running about,he didn't want to take chances. Now..to report. Vexen portaled himself back in front of Xemnas and gave him a silent nod,letting him know it was ready.
