The man known as Axel had entered the harbor, all eyes on him and his slowly sinking ship until only the mast was shown. His ship wasn't any worry, as he had..'borrowed' it from a friend of his.Perhaps friend was not the best word to refer to her as, since she may be praying for death to befall him at this second.

    Thunk!

His cue given, Axel stepped off of the mast of his sunken ship, thankful that he had reached Port Royal before it had gotten any lower. From the looks, the mast was the same height as the boardwalk now.

He walked in an odd manner, his hands swaying at his side as if there was nothing troubling about him.Though when he thought all eyes were off of him, a 'watcher' who made sure everyone who tied their boat to the dock, approached him while eyeing his checklist. Axel kept going, not planning on paying a fee.

The watcher, being an old man wearing what seemed to be a wig with a hat covering it, also having glasses and some spiffy sort of clothing, looked up from his list and saw that the man who entered the docking area had passed him by.Everyone had to pay the toll for it, and this one wasn't getting away.He turned around."What -- Hey." he said, putting a finger up and looking back at the boy behind him, African descent, around ten or so.He cleared his throat.Hold up, there, you."

Ah..luck wasn't in his favor this time. Not wanting to be seen as a trouble maker..yet..Axel turned around and walked back toward the watcher, swaying his arms lightly back and forth.

"It's a Shilling to tie up your boat at the dock." the Watcher stated matter-of-factly, a little annoyed about the fact that Axel didn't know this. From the way he walked, and the way he looked, he could tell he'd been out at sea too long.He looked almost mad!

Axel's eyes opened slightly and he looked at the Watcher as if he didn't know what he was talking about. He gazed toward his ship..well, the visible part of it being the mast, and just found that it was stupid to tie up a nearly sunken ship.

"And I shall need to know your name."

..Great.His name. Now, Axel may not have been the most fearsome Pirate across the Caribbean, but his name was floating around and he knew some Navy men would probably question him if they knew his background.

Realizing that this watcher was not going to let him slip by without money, Axel dug into his coat pocket and pulled out three Shillings. What do you say to three shillings--" he set the coins atop the watchers booklist."--and we forget the name?" he suggested, a small grin appearing.

The watcher looked from the money to Jack, as did his young helper. He was not one to accept bribery but..the man did seem harmless, and he could use the extra money for himself."..Welcome to Port Royal, Mr. Smith." he said, smiling as he shut his book and headed back toward the sunken ship.

Satisfied with his bargain affecting the old man, Axel clapped his hands together and backed away.A small pouch caught his eye as it sat atop a large stand with quills and ink atop it.Where it sloped down, he probably figured the watcher set his book there to write. But who cared really?

Axel took the pouch nonchalantly and put it to his ear, shaking it slightly. The sound of shillings clanging against one another made him feel content, and he stuffed it into his pocket as he headed into Port Royal further. It was time to find a new ship.

A young, blond haired man of seventeen stood down near the main door of the Reinholde mansion, holding a large case that held the gift for Captain..sorry, 'Commodore' Norrington in honor of his promotion.Roxas, the young mans name, took heavy pride in his work and made sure that it was the quickest, lightest blade he had ever made.It was not that he took requests, but Roxas had figured a weapon such as that would make a good gift for such an honorable man.

He looked around the mansions hall and tampered with a few things as he waited patiently for Ansem, the Governor of Port Royal, to come down and take it from him.But he had also hoped to see Namine as well.

The sea was a true Pirates home, and once you've escaped the gallows, fled the navy, and pillaged countless ports, there was no other home for you to go to.The great sea was vast and the smell of salt was unable to leave your senses.But..what was a pirate to do with a ship nearly sinking whilst on its way toward a Port, filled with Navy individuals who'd want him hung?

    Just you wait and see.

One man, one daring individual, stood atop the mast of a Dory boat, eyes forward, legs spread fairly apart.A normal person could see him as a risk-taker, a clever, cunning man with all the skills needed to survive in such a cruel world. But there was more to him than meets the eye..no,really, you should see him in action.

He had flaming red hair that fell down his shoulders slightly, yet stayed upright without aid.He wore long sea boots and long, hard-wearing linen trousers.A knotted stripped-red sash was tied around his waist, where is flintlock pistol was stowed with naught but a single shot left in it.He wore a long brown coat, also having a faded blue waistcoat with a lightly-coloured back area and a torn white undershirt that made up the rest of the ensemble. The left cuff of the undershirt was ripped, and it was through that hole that he had let slip his left hand, and a red bandanna was wrapped around his head..which made it seem a bit comical.Red hair, red bandana..you get the gist.

Looking down as he heard a torrent of water, the man noticed that his little boat was starting to sink as it filled with water. It had become apparent to him that plugging holes was not always an effective way to keep a ship afloat, but it isn't as if he'd pay for repairs on such a pathetic means of transportation.

He leaped down, kicking up water as he finally touched onto the wooden base.He immediately grabbed a bucket and began to fill it with water, dumping it out of his boat in a pathetic attempt to keep it afloat until he arrived in port.As he raised his head repeatedly to throw the water out, he saw three skeletons hung by the neck, along with a sign telling all pirates to beware.

Clearly no one wanted Pirates around.

In respect, or mockery, whichever you'd see in him, the man grabbed his tri-shaped pirate hat and placed it against his chest while keeping his eyes on the three poor souls who fell pray to 'Justice'.Pity.

But this man had what few Pirates did...

    Luck.

It was quiet.Too quiet for Vexen, but you'd think that was something he'd like after all the pointless drama had rose from certain people. But there he was, standing in his lab, staring at his creation as it provided the first step in whatever the Superior planned. He amazed himself sometimes..to think he could develop something such as this.It almost made him think that he could begin his Replica project..possibly create an exact Replica of one in the Nameless. But first he had to find the right candidate with the perfect balance.

A moderate grumble filled the nearly empty basement, and Vexen shifted toward the machine a little.

Now he was hungry, no, starving.

Needing to get nourishment and continue thinking in a proper fashion, the Academic snapped his fingers and watched as a group of Dusk's appeared in front of him."Guard this machine with your life..if anything goes wrong, report to me and me only, none else." he said, watching as they disappeared, only going to reappear if there was an unliked member in the room.

    Oh,yes.They knew who he hated.

With the Dusks knowing their orders, and his stomach craving a bit of food, Vexen gave a nod toward Zexion and portaled upstairs, inside the kitchen near the fridge. It had been quite a while since he had been up top and the light nearly blinded him, luckily his hunger drove him to suck it up and get in that fridge.Digging through the assorted jugs and cans of all sorts, Vexen had pulled out..a..muffin?Well, there are stranger things than keeping muffins in the fridge.

And to add the the epicness of a muffin, it was Banana Nut..the greatest flavor ever created in the history of muffins.

As the Banana Nut goodness was pulled out of the fridge, Vexen took notice of Xaldin and Lexaeus sitting together at the kitchen table in silence.Xaldin himself was eating grapes, and Lexaeus had a PB&J sandwich. Not much variety in the castle lately. "Gentlemen.." Vexen said, closing the fridge door and heading over to the table, pulling out a chair and sitting down beside Lexaeus.

    -

Lexaeus hummed a bit, letting Vexen know he acknowledged his presence and didn't mind him there. But it was clear that he was wondering about something else..the Nameless.Taking a bit out of his sandwich, Lexaeus looked toward Xaldin, remembering the battle from earlier.

He wanted to keep silent and not bother the Lancer about it, but he was just too curious about it all.Why would he help?

    "Xaldin-"

    -
"None of your concern.I thank you for the assistance but I do not need to be questioned at this point in time.Is this made clear?" Xaldin said in a raised voice, his eyes closed and his arms folded as he went over the fight earlier. In truth, he didn't want to yell at Lexaeus, but he didn't want to be questioned either. He had his own reasons, but why should he explain himself

With Vexen's arrival, Xaldin grew a bit more cautious about what he had done.Being branded a 'traitor' is not something he planned on happening at all, and he'd be damned if anyone tried killing him.

    -

"....Hm." Lexaeus nodded his head and finished the rest of his sandwich, respecting Xaldin's wishes and not daring to push the matter further.But..Lexaeus would be keeping a closer eye on him, as a traitor was something they didn't need, especially since Xaldin could destroy more than half the Organization in a one-on-one fight...or maybe more.He was one of the strongest, but this did not mean Lexaeus would be pushed around.

    -

Vexen looked from Xaldin, to Lexaeus, to Xaldin again as he unwrapped his muffin and took a large bit from it, chewing heartily.Clearly he had missed something while he was down below, and he'd like to be filled in..but,perhaps he'd ask at a different time.

The Organization could be so troublesome at times.

    -

Alone.Xeltic was now his own man..but the question now was: What could he do?He was free of any boundaries, and could do what he pleased, yet now he had no purpose.Seeking one out was his next objective.

As he walked along the cold streets of the city, he looked up toward Memories Skyscraper and headed inside, taking shelter from the light rain coming down. There was little for him to do..so, he'd sit, watch, and wait for the opportune moment to act..unless someone came to him, to which he'd likely dismiss them.

    Life was now good.

OOC: little for Xeltic since he has, as he said, nothing to do xD.
