The prince clicked his tongue, nodding slowly to the boy. He didn't buy a word of his story, but that was the least of his concerns.

"Come on, we must get the princess to saftey."

Looking down at his inferior, his "son", Xemnas softened his expression slightly. Finally, finally the boy would listen to him. He didn't want to get suckered again, but at least there was hope again for the nobody.

Still, Demyx's tongue had done such things before to escape punishment. Maybe he'd need supervision on this little act of redemption.

"Action approved, but make sure number XV acompanies you. You are still on thin ice. Make no mistake."

A long moment passed between the two. The confession hanging in the air.

"So, you consider yourself my son."

Slowly, xemnas lifted his hand an placed it on the young nobody's shoulder.

"Then follow my orders and obey. Be obidient, like a good son should. Do you understand?"

"A likely story. He more probable assumption is that he's a spy, wouldn't you say ,Surren?"

The man looked over at the Calleen. He tightened his gloves while the shadows crystaled and shattered at his feet.

"Yes, who are you? How do you not know who she is?"

Xemnas just stared down at Demyx. He was acting as he usually did. Sporatic and unstable. He helped axel. That either made him loyal or ensured axel as a traitor as well.

"Here is sufficiant for what you have to say Demyx. Now speak."

The superior kept his back turned to the water wielder, not wanting to acknowledge the strange happening that was taking place. Begrudingly, he faced the boy, caving into his curiosity.

"I shall entertain your wishes, but be warned. Everyword you speak will be put into question. That tongue of yours has been coating things in a haze lately. I do not wish for that to continue.

From behind a corridor, a man in white jumped into the fray, slashing into the shadows.

"Princess, what have you done now? What are these things? Whose's that guy? You know I don't like it when I don't understand what is going on."

Walking through a portal, Gex appeared next the the two schemers. He really didn't want to do this, but he made a promise to his superior. You don't make a promise to a man like Xemnas and expect to break it. Still, being so close to these two couldn't end well for him. The mullet was a hassle in and of himself and the nymph...the nymph will probably try to kill him.

Pulling up his hood, the masochist hid his face to make sure he wasn't as noticable as before. He had to safeguard then and monitor them, not anything else.

Quietly, he played with the blood from his wound, lacing the dark crimson between his fingers. The pain was still there, but it had dulled, he'd have to deal with that later.

    ________

He...touched him. That little nobody actually...touched him.

For once, the Superior didn't know how to react. No one had ever been fool enough or brave enough to even come near him, but Demyx actually made contact.

Shaking his head, Xemnas dismissed the thought. It was best for such things to wait till later.

Looking upwards, he released the heart delivered by Gexlion. Watching it merge with the great moon.

    "Only two more."
