OOC: Last post if I can type fast enough. Chaotic Worlds. BIC: Xardius seemed just as tired. "Can't finish...now," he gasped. "And...neither...can you...so let's just leave for now." With that, he disappeared. OOC: Night!
What I'm saying is that having a villain and a hero controlled by the same person is okay, but having two heroes or two villains controlled by the same person gets confusing. Heroes are all the same...and so are villains really, except for specifics. So if you have four hero characters (different personalities or not, everybody gives them their own personal edge, and so they ARE all the same), then it gets confusing about which character is who and stuff. If you have a villain and a hero, people know, because the villain is the villain and the hero a hero, not the hero a hero, and the other hero not the the other other hero and the other other other hero is definitely not the hero, but they're all heroes. Enlightening?
OOC: Actually in Chaotic, he said he was leaving right after he said he was back. Kind of funny if you ask me... BIC: Xardius grinned and rushed at her, flames sprouting from his back and forming wings that seemed to molten. As he moved, he seemed to become flame and he moved just as fast as Shadow. Matching her stride for stride, he moved his sword flashing... *All great Sephiroth vs. Cloud climatic battle! Scythe swinging, sword flashing, thunder, fire, darkness, light! YAY!* OOC: Let's skip all the sword to scythe swinging duel part. It's really hard to do. Let's just skip to the end. I only have like 10 minutes left anyway.
OOC: Well, actually, never mind... BIC: The ship shuddered to a halt. "If I'm not mistaken, we've arrived," Alan said with a smile. He opened the door and took an involuntary step back. The blistering air had to be at least 110 degrees, hitting him like a blow. Gritting his teeth, he marched out onto blistering sands. There was a faint shape in the distance that seemed to be a city. "Bring water," he said. "Lots of water. We've got a long ways to go."
OOC: Said goodbye in my PM, har har. BIC: Xardius grinned. "If only multitasking didn't hurt my brain," he muttered. With graceful and frightening ease, he grabbed each scythe's handle and spun it at Darkside's head, then ripped upwards fast, and the Darkside exploded. Xardius landed and smirked at VH. "Would you like me to completely unleash myself?" he asked quietly. "I want to."
Alan raised an eyebrow, and the transmission ended. OOC: Since no one's here, we'll land in Sapphire tomorrow. I'll post as early as I can.
OOC: Okay, I'm ready. BIC: Alan cocked an eyebrow. "I'll go where ever I am needed, insolent being. Now I suggest you plug off before I come to Darkcloud right now and kill you." He didn't sound boastful...just serious. Dead serious. Like he could do it without breaking a sweat. He wasn't angry either. Calm. So calm....
"Xane! Don't interfere!" Xardius said. "Thinking to cloud me with my past? GOOD LUCK WITCH CAUSE I DON'T GOT ONE!" With a roar, he slammed Chomper into her, then kicked her away and charged, roaring. "One thousand years! I only remember that much! Compared to the rest of my life, that's pathetic! I used to know, I used to remember everything from the nearly 10,000 years of my existence, but now I no longer remember, and the past one thousand years have held only good memories for me...Even my Heartless destroying me was satisfactory in its own way, blotted out for what I feel for all my friends now! If that's the best you can do, you're dead meat!"
Except Xardius wasn't running. He charged them, laughing as fire pillars sprang out and collided, ending with an explosion. Xardius chucked out fireballs at immense speed, and they began spinning faster and faster around him in a circle. "Blazing Ultimagum!" he cried, and fire exploded everywhere. OOC: Blazing Ultimagum is pretty powerful, about as powerful as Firaja, but it's not insanely powerful enough to defeat people in one blow, like Chaotic Ultimagum.
OOC: Almost done...
OOC: You're telling me. Advent Children rocked the big one. BIC: Xardius slammed his sword in a spinning arc that sent all the scythes sprawling, and his grin didn't falter. "That really the best you can do? Even Vexneah can do better..."
Xardius didn't move. But suddenly, he was behind her, smashing her in the back with a foot and launching at her with heavy swings for Chomper. "Illusions of air are kinda fun, don't ya think?" Xardius joked.
"Just a sec Jack!" Xardius snapped. "I gotta finish this." He pulled Chomper from his back. "You know, back on Larenska, they called me the Heartless Hunter. It has a nice ring, don't ya think?" He grinned and pointed at her. "Your move...you won't get another chance."
Xardius ignored Jack for the moment, turning to VH. "Really? Vexneah always seemed to have a thing about fighting me...Why don't you try and kill me? Prove to me your power!"
OOC: What I meant was give the basic storyline. I've kind of been confused, which is why I haven't been on so much, so I'd like to control it for a while so I won't be so confused. It won't matter if I'm not here. BIC: Alan glanced at Jimmy. "I think you do..." He smiled to himself, obviously thinking no one had heard him. OOC: If you will, get us off world to Sapphire. I've gotta prepare.
Xardius stared at Vexneah for a second, then shrugged, unsurprised. He glared up at the flying ship. "Looks like someone's come to visit," he muttered.
Alan shook his head. "That's not what I meant...I changed them...changed them into something else. I'm not sure how, and I'm not sure I could put them back...if I could even find them. They're still alive, I'm sure of that, but I think I transported them to another plane of existence." He shivered. "That white fire gives me goosebumps thinking about it. But it isn't my power..." He trailed off, lost in thought. He shook himself and went on. "We need to go to the world of Sapphire. I read about it in a manuscript here." OOC: I'd like to control Sapphire this next time if that's all right...
Alan looked confused. "They were the enemy, ready to attack Legacy...I was supposed to attack them..." He shrugged. "Besides, I didn't really kill them..."
Xardius didn't seem surprised, but then again, he rarely was. "Well then," he said. "Vexneah?" He raised an eyebrow. "It's time to cough up." He eyed the woman. "But I don't think she should hear." The woman's eyes rolled into the back of her head as Xardius slammed two rigid fingers into a pressure point. "Unconscious baggage," Xardius muttered. "Now what's going on?" OOC: Now I remember. It was probably me, actually, but then we learned we were continuing on after the knights or whatever...
