Gently but firmly, Gendran gripped Firchra's shoulder, praying that she'd calm down. She'd get her chance to kill them later, but not on the first day. Progress had to be made first. They had to make sure they made her invaluable.
The walls slide back. Ten guards armed with kevlar and strange manacles piled out into the room. They stood passively, but their very presence was un nerving. "Hold you tongue creature." Said the scientist. "You want that abomination gone, don't you?"
rping you?
The tallest of the scientists stepped forward, a red halo branded on the back of his left glove. "K794. How dare you bring it down here unguarded. Further more....are, are you bleeding? You actually let her bite you. I don't believe this. They said you were intelligent, competent. Looks like they were wrong."
Down the hall way a was stood a padded steel table. There were four leather shackles and five scientists in biohazard gear hovered around it. They all looked at Firchra and her escort through their emotionless gasmasks.
Gendran laughed until he coughed. "Yeah yeah. I've never been skylifted where my skin got cut open by super sonic wind. Needless to say I'm impressed."
Back in his early days, Gendran would have been screaming like a girl from the sheer burn of the air zipping past his face. However, those days were behind him. Training taught him to hunt for and love the adrenaline rush. It was what he'd live for if it wasn't for his goal.
Gendran licked his lips, grinning. "Down." At that word, he stomped on one of the large porclein tiles that covered the floor. It pulled back to reveal a dark stairwell.
Gendran scoffed, looking up at her. "You're right. Now I just have to worry about my fear of heights. Let's go." The man pointed towards the door. His face was still pail and flushed.
Grunting, Gendran held on to her wrist, fighting to stay on his knees. "Alright alright, geez. You almost killed me. A little kindness would be helpful."
Gendran looked up at her, wheezing from the strain. He could barely breath. Man she was heavy. "Hey! Don't forget who fed you today!"
ooc: kay, I'll post tommorow, bye.
Gendran wrappe his arm around the girl's shoulder, trying to get up. However, he still haden't recovered. His legs buckled.
Gendran ignored Firchra's words, forcing his wrist to her mouth. "Let's not talk about this now. Hurry up and feed. We'll deal with everything else later."
"Alright alright, fine. Drain me again. How long do you go without blood?" Shaking, Gendran extended his wrist towards the dark angel. He'd give her what he needed. He needed her.
Gendran nodded frantically. Damn, he almost forgot about it. "Yeah yeah, sorry. Just help me up. I'll give you directions."
Gendran shook his head. "Note to us, not gonna happen. You need to eat something. Like it or not, I'm the only one that would allow you."
Coughing, the man came back to life. He sat up, holding Firchra's head, hoping to keep his head clear. He knew he'd wouldn't die yet. There was no way he would die like this.
The man's breathing was ragged. His skin was clammy and pail. This was not good. It wasn't supposed to happen like this.
Trembling, Gendran collapsed to the ground. He was drained too much to think, let alone stand. His sight was still blocked by the pain, so much pain.
