The mans body was slowly departing from Erics now, as he lay on the ground, shooken, and horrified, completely frozen from the shock of what pain actually felt like.
The minute the infection began, Eric could feel great amounts of pain surging through his body. He screamed in pain, uncontrollably. He had never really felt pain. Before the loss of blood, he had been perfect, and even something as an infection could easily be destroyed. But now with the loss of blood and a weakend body, it was literally the very first time he had ever felt pain, and at such an extent, it was as if he was in total hell, as he fell to his knees, the absorption process coming to a hault
