I absolutely love how you have starting to get the feel of depth, however, the vectors brushes behind the fog does not go with the rest of the sig, remove them and it should look a whole lot better. While your at it, put a black and white gradient on soft light then a warm gradient on soft light to get rid of the ugly shade of green. =/

I absolutely love this style, so I'm not going to be able to CnC as well as others on it. D;
There is absolutely no foreground effect, which I've come to know and love in your sigs, so it's kinda wierd not seeing it. Add some more splatter near her to get that little FG you need. Also as a FG, maybe you could have one of those vectors infront? Besides that, it lacks depth, but that's extremly hard to do with this style.
