In the quarenteen side dvd, if u use the hidden info section, then, u learn about Cubia, telling that he goes after anything that is a threat to The World, and can infinantly copy it to where it shall match its power completely. Azure Kite is the same way, in which in order to fight against an epitaph, his power was increased to a point in which he had to create a 'second rate' epitaph, or in a sense anyway. but just becuz the rule says no data drain doesnt mean that azure kite cant be in this >.>
