"He kept trying to use his good looks to impress me. Eventually he got bold enough to kiss me." Lucrecia sighed and smiled. "After that, I was head over heels for him."
"He was a lot different than he is now. I remember he tried everything he could to get me to fall in love with him."
"I know it's hard to believe now. I'm a lot different now than I was back then."
"At first, yes. I was pretty cold hearted before I met your father."
"I was journeying with your grandmother and grandfather on a different world when he appeared before us. When I first saw him, I thought he was a conceited jerk, but as I spent more time with him, the more I felt myself falling for him. It was like he stole my heart."
Lucia walked in and played with the girls while Lucrecia held Ren. "How did you and daddy meet, mommy?"
"You better not grow up too fast though. Your dad will kick himself if he missed your first words or your first steps."
"You're such a good boy, Ren. You'll grow up to be just like your father."
Lucrecia cleaned his wound and patched it up. She then kissed his patched knee. "All better now."
Lucrecia picked Ren up and cradled him in her arms. She noticed his knee was scuffed up. "It's alright Seth, don't cry. Mommy will make it all better."
Lucrecia held her hands out to Ren. "That's right, come to mommy, Ren."
Lucrecia smiled as she continued to play with the triplets. She sighed as she thought about Ryo.
"Having fun, Ren?" Lucrecia asked as she continued to play with the triplets.
Lucrecia carried Ren to where his sisters were and started playing with them.
"Why don't we go play with your sisters?"
"Now what do you want to do?" Lucrecia asked him, not expecting an answer.
Lucrecia watched as he emptied the bottle. "You were pretty hungry, weren't you?"
Lucrecia carried him down to the kitchen and had a bottle prepared for him. As soon as it was finished, she started feeding him.
"Well hello, sleepyhead. Are you hungry?"
"He'll be back soon. I know he will."
