The servants started to make something for Golbez and Maya to eat.

Zeliek attacked the various creatures that were assaulting the manor. Golbez' stomach began to growl.
Zephyr continued to walk away, wanting to be alone.

Zeliek grabbed his scythe and headed outside.
Zephyr started to walk away.
Zeliek sensed a dark presence outside and gently let go of Maya, letting her fall back on the bed. He got dressed and grabbed a necklace from the dresser, putting it around her neck. "Stay here and keep your eyes on the kids. If anything happens to me, my essence will enter the jewel in the necklace. If that happens, keep yourself safe until I reform."
Zeliek continued and soon finished.
Zephyr sighed as she thought about all the deaths she had witnessed.
Zeliek held Maya close as he continued.
"You think I don't know that?"
