Zeliek spent time with her until nightfall. "Time to go hunting."

Lucrecia walked back inside and sat down.
"I guess I can take some comfort that he's still alive, but I'll never see him again...."
Lucrecia silently wept.
"Isn't there any way you can get out of there, but keep the portal closed?"
Lucrecia walked outside and noticed Cyrus was alone. "Where's Ryo?" Cyrus said nothing and handed her the pendant. "So is he...." "No, he's still alive. He jumped into a portal that Kuro made and sealed it from the inside." "I see...."
Cyrus headed back to the castle.
Cyrus watched as Ryo jumped into the portal.
"I'll go. You can't afford to go in there." Cyrus said. He handed a ring to Ryo. "Give that to my wife."
"We've got to try sealing the portal. Focus your power on it." Cyrus said before focusing his power on the portal.
Cyrus charged up another attack and fired when Ryo did.
Cyrus tried to seal the portal, but failed. "We have to knock him into the portal, Ryo! One more blast ought to do it!"
"Not if we have anything to say about it."
"Did we get him?"
Cyrus fired his beam at the same time Ryo did.
"It's a shame you have to feel our wrath." Cyrus said before charging up a large light beam.
"Give it up, Kuro. There's no way you can beat us."
Cyrus mixed a light beam in with Ryo's attack to make it more powerful.
Cyrus blocked and blinded him with a bright flash of light.
