Kana looked up at her grandpa, still hugging her.
Kana hugged her grandpa tightly.
Lucrecia just held him.
"No, I'm not, Ryo."
Lucrecia landed and changed back to normal. She held onto Ryo. "I'm so sorry, Ryo."
Lucrecia left the cave and flew back to the castle.
"Does that mean that grandpa died?"
"I see what you mean now."
"She won't understand if you don't explain it to her."
"So you'd just leave her alone like that? I thought you loved mom, dad."
"You'd better go look for her at some point, dad. Mom might not come back. She seemed pretty angry with you."
"Are you going to go find her?"
"Where did grandma go?"
"Hi grandpa. What's going on?"
Cassima sat with Seth, looking up at the sky. "I'm glad I met you, Seth. I just wish the world wasn't coming to an end. I wanted to watch our children grow up."
Lucrecia looked out from the cave, waiting for the end to come.
