"You know that I'll never understand you, Zelker. I never got the chance to, since you always kept to yourself. Ryo is just like you in that aspect."
"You do know I died saving your grandson, don't you?"
"What makes you say that?"
"The way you two are acting, you're no better than our father. I'm not telling you what to do, only making a suggestion. If both of you want to let everything die, then go right ahead, but if that is the route you take, than I'm truly ashamed to call you my brother...."
Lucrecia went to the cave where she became a goddess and waited for everything to come to an end. Back at the castle, Zephyr's voice could be heard on the wind. "Quit being such an idiot, Zelker. When you became a god, you swore to protect this world. By not passing on your power, you're breaking your oath, not to mention sacrificing your own child due to your selfishness."
"Well excuse me for trying to save our lives, as well as our children's!" Lucrecia said before turning into a dragon and flying off.
"That wasn't what I meant, Ryo. But I guess it's appropriate, seeing that we're all going to die."
"Say something, Ryo."
Lucrecia clenched her fist in anger.
"Why?! Do you want to see your son and your grandchildren die?!"
"You know what this is about. The world is falling apart. The other gods have passed on their power to the chosen ones, leaving you the only old god that's left. If you don't pass your power onto Ryo, all is lost."
Lucrecia stretched and sighed.
Zeliek stretched and walked out of the room.
"I would be angry too, but he needs to understand that if he doesn't pass on his power, it'll lead to the death of his son and his son's family as well."
"His anger? But why is he angry?"
Cyrus tried to help Ryo call Zelker, as did Lucrecia and the other gods.
Cassima held onto Seth tightly. "Call out to your dad, Ryo." Lucrecia said as she walked up behind him.
"I hope he gets here soon." Lucrecia said as she changed back to her normal form.
"What does that mean?" "I can sense the other gods. The only old god remaining is Ryo's dad, Zelker."
Cyrus read the note out loud. "Dear Cyrus, if you're reading this, it means that I'm dead. The crystal I've enclosed with this note holds my essence. You must use the crystal to gain my power and become the new god of light, or the world will come apart at the seams." Cyrus looked at the crystal and closed his eyes. The crystal glowed brightly and after a while, became black. He felt much stronger powers within himself.
