"You're not getting sick on me, are you?"
Edric kissed her back and sat next to her.
Edric picked her up and laid her on the bed with Miyu.
"Consequence or not, I will find a way to get you walking again, I swear it."
"I'll see if there's some way to get you back on your feet again. I know how much you love the feel of the ground beneath your feet."
"What's wrong, Sayu? Please don't tell me I'm going to lose you again."
"You stay and rest, Sayu."
"I'm glad you are. You need me to get you anything?"
Edric smiled and laid next to her, holding her close.
Edric gently kissed Sayu. He was surprised to find her breathing.
Edric set Miyu next to Sayu.
Edric continued to stare at Sayu's body.
"Then I will give you that chance. It'll take a while to recover your strength when I send you back, but you'll get to live your life the way you were meant to." Cyrus said as he placed her soul back in her body.
Cyrus thought for a moment. I could send her back, but it would take some time to do so, if she even wants to go back. Cyrus looked at Sayu's spirit. "I know you didn't want to die, but the big question is, do you want to return to your family, or stay here?"
Edric gazed at Sayu's body as he cradled Miyu. Cyrus watched as he saw Sayu's soul arrive.
"Things won't be the same without her. It'll be tough for Edric to be without her."
Kana cried on his shoulder. "Why did Sayu have to die? We've been together since birth.....We've done everything together....."
Edric tried to calm her down. Kana sat against a tree and continued to cry.
"Sayu died shortly after giving birth to Miyu." Kana ran out of the room crying when she heard this.
Edric sighed sadly upon hearing that.
