Cassima smiled. "I hate to see you move out, but I know you'll be happier out in the forest. Come visit us every once in a while." She said as she hugged Sayu.
Kael gently kissed Arisa. Edric followed Sayu. "What is it, Sayu?"
"Let's go tell them." He said as he picked Ken and Miyu up. Jaina climbed on her fathers back.
Jaina smiled happily at the thought of living in the forest. "What about you, Ken?" Kael walked up behind Arisa and hugged her.
Kiryl went looking for his father. Kael was walking to where Arisa was. Edric set the twins on the bed, watching Miyu sit next to them. "What do you children think about living out in the forest with me and your mother?"
"I see. I'm gonna go play with daddy."
"What'cha doin' mommy?" Edric picked Jaina and Ken up when he and Sayu got back to their room.
Edric walked with her back to the castle. Kiryl walked up to his mother and hugged her.
"Let's ask them. If they're not up for it, then we can stay in the castle until they're grown. Then we can live out in the forest."
"Neither did I. I'm more of an outdoorsman."
Cyrus ascended, not looking forward to going back.
"We have to head back. I can tell the elder god is angry."
"Then let's do it."
"I've been thinking. Maybe we should live outside from now on. I like it a lot more out here than I like living in the castle."
"The earth, right?" He said as he laid next to her.
"I could have been. Even so, what were you doing out here?"
"A wall of earth came up around you and you were covered in thorny vines."
"What just happened, Sayu?"
Edric didn't see anyway he could stop it, so he just sat down and watched.
Is Sayu getting some kind of power over the earth? Edric wondered as he continued to watch.
