"I missed you too, Sayu. How have things been in the forest?"
Edric made it to the castle with them. Cassima saw Sayu and ran up to her, hugging her tightly. "It's good to see you back, Sayu."
Edric walked with his family to the castle. Silver fang looked a little sad to see them leave the grove, but knew they'd be back.
"Have fun. Bring Cloud a present." "Come on, kids. We're heading to see your grandparents for a while."
Jaina got her siblings together.
"Let's get going then. Silver fang will watch the grove while we're gone."
"I think we should go visit your parents, Sayu." Kael made his rounds around the castle.
Edric walked back to the grove with them.
The woodcutter quickly left. "You did a good job letting us know about that woodcutter, Silver fang. Next time, don't attack him first, come get us." Silver fang barked, letting Edric know he understood.
"I'm just a simple woodcutter, miss. I was cutting wood for the winter season when I got lost and ended up here."
Silver fang immediately calmed down. Edric helped the woodcutter up. "Sorry about that. Silver fang here protects our home here in the grove. He thought you were coming to harm us."
Silver fang had attacked a woodcutter that got too close to the grove.
Edric heard a loud scream from out in the forest. He ran to see what it was.
Edric set the pup down and got up. He stretched and headed to the pond to get a drink. He then heard Silver fang growl and watched him run out of the grove.
Edric smiled and picked one of the pups up. Jaina started to pet Silver wolf's mate. "What's her name?" "Silver wolf says her name is Luna."
"Silver fang says that the pups are making themselves familiar with their new masters." Jaina walked up and smiled when she saw the pups. "They're so cute."
Edric smiled. Eventually, all the pups made their way over to Edric and Sayu. Silver fang and his mate followed them.
Another pup made its way over to Edric, crawling into his lap. Edric scratched behind her ears. "She likes me."
"I think he likes you."
The pup climbed in her lap and fell asleep.
