Lily nodded and sighed.
"That must've been terrible."
"I lost my arm fighting one of Kuro's servants."
"That must've been painful." Yuko walked out of the study with the books on forbidden magic.
Lily stepped out and looked at Miko. "What is it?"
Yuko had taken to reading books on forbidden magic. She didn't like wielding weapons, so she wanted to use magic instead. Lily put Sakura in her crib and looked into a mirror. "I never imagined I would be so scarred by battle. I've lost my arm and eye, not to mention the countless wounds I've endured over the course of my leadership."
Yuko grabbed her usual books and started reading.
"Hello, Xehanort. Still wrapped up in that one book?"
Yuko handed Sakura to Lily and went to the study.
Yuko walked in, carrying Sakura. "Hey, mom."
"Why is Yuko watching her?"
"Where's Sakura at? I thought I told you to look after her."
"In time, you'll be able to. You'll have to train to control them."
"I've got a power that I couldn't control before, but your grandma, the goddess of ice helped me to control it."
"I haven't seen him in a long time. Not since he became the god of darkness."
"Your grandpa was a great warrior. He taught me everything I know about using a sword."
"You remind me too much of your grandpa, Ryo."
Lily sighed. "I hope you never have to go through what I have."
Lily held Ryo and sighed. "Now that you know you have that kind of power, you have to learn how to control it."
"I'm proud of you for standing up to them, but I want you to leave the fighting to me."
