"Even if you had seen that assassin coming, you might not have been able to stop him either way. It hurts to see Hattori in this condition, but not as much since I know he'll recover. All we can do now is wait." Minato said before gently kissing Hattori's cheek.
"It's alright, Ryoji. Hattori is going to be ok, after all. Don't beat yourself up over this."
Minato gently held Hattori's hand and silently shed tears of joy, knowing he would be alright. "We're going to have to extend the tour a week. I'm not going anywhere until Hattori is out of the hospital."
The doctor told Ryoji that Hattori would recover, but it would be a few days before he could leave the hospital. "Take me to see him, Ryoji." Minato said as she slowly got out of the bed and stumbled, still weak from giving birth.
Minato rested in another room after giving birth to their daughter, which she named Cara. She hoped Hattori would be alright.
Minato groaned in pain as they were wheeled into the emergency room. Minato was taken to a different area where she began to push the baby out.
As Minato saw the ambulance pull up, the stress of seeing Hattori in the condition he was in made her go into labor.
Minato came out when she heard the gunshot and screamed when she saw Hattori. "What happened?! Why would anyone want to shoot you?!" She asked as she gently held him in her arms.
Minato sighed happily as she sat up.
"They're doing fine. Arisa just gave birth to their daughter, Luna. He says that you got another package from your fan that had a machine in it to undo a side effect that the other machine caused, and he wants to know what to do with the package. I don't remember there being any side effects, do you?" Minato said, winking at him. She knew what the text was talking about, but was showing that she was much happier the way they were now and didn't want to go back.
Minato heard Hattori's phone receive a text and instinctively grabbed it. "It's from Shin. I asked him to watch the house for us while we were gone."
"Sorry, Ryoji." Minato said, smiling at Hattori.
Minato continued moaning passionately.
Minato moaned loudly and smiled at him.
"I know." Minato said before moaning softly in his ear.
Minato smiled at him. "You've got a bigger drive that I did."
"I'm not tired at all."
Minato smiled back at him.
Minato sat down on the bed.
"Not at all. It was really fun." Minato said, her body showing signs of being tense.
