"Once we get to the hotel, I'll take Nina to her room."
Minato gently kissed Hattori and smiled.
Minato got off the plane, carrying her still sleeping sister with her and got in the car.
Minato slowly woke up as the plane landed.
Minato gently grasped her sister's hand.
Nina dozed off next to Minato.
"I think I'm gonna follow my sister's lead and take a nap before we land in London. Gotta sleep off this alcohol in my system before I conduct any business."
"Except for your newest one. Minato told me about her giving birth to Cara shortly after you got attacked in Osaka."
"I sense something different about the two of you, like you both are half human and half persona."
"This was a good while ago. Last I heard of the guy, he was in prison for abusing another woman. He had attempted to murder her, so I don't think he'll be getting out for a long time."
"Must be nice being married for so long. I was married once, but my ex was an abusive jerk. I ended up divorcing him."
"So how did you two end up getting married?"
Nina nodded and smiled at her sleeping sister. "I'm glad she's alright after all these years. Every time I went on a business trip, I hoped that I would find some sign of her. Then one day, I get a call from her. I never cried so hard in my life."
Minato drank some tea and slowly fell asleep. Nina covered her with a blanket. "I can't imagine the tortures the two of you have gone through in your lives. I remember being really close to Minato before she got kidnapped, and I always stood up for her when other kids bullied her. I would have given my life for her if I had to. I wanted my little sister to be safe."
Nina sat down and took a sip of rum. She tried to get Minato to drink a little, but she turned it down.
Minato sighed as they watched the news. Nina helped herself to the minibar in the back, she being a bit of a social drinker.
Minato got out of the limo with him as they got to the plane.
Minato gently comforted Hattori. "And because what his father did to him, his mother committed suicide after she gave birth to him." Nina was speechless.
"Your father sounds like he was a horrible man."
Nina looked a little surprised. "This happened during one of the experiments." Minato said.
