Yea I agree peoples. XIII is more of a crossfire FF. Usually, the traditional FF playes might hate. Frankly, I love it like any FF. Also, you can't choose your own characters until you meet up with Sazh and Vainlle (which is on CH.9)

My walked around the woods whens he saw a deer pass by. She shot it with an arrow and ran up to hit. This will be great for lunch. She slung it on the dragon and continued to wander around.
Mya pulled on her sword and bow. Time for some hunting Shia. She mounted her dragon and headed for the woods. Kristie sighed. When do I stat? The guard pointed to the water region. We want to do some scouting. Kristie nodded and waited for her dragon to come back.
As Miya walked around town, her dragon returned. Ah Shia! Back so soon? As she scratched Shi under the chin, the dragon gave a snort of approval. Kristie was approached by a guard. Kristie, you have another mission. Kristie sighed. Another one? Seriously, I need a break. I'll decline. They also say that your sister was spotted. Kristie fell silent.

In Thunder region, Kristy released her dragon as well. As she watched her dragon fly away, she a blue stone Mya gave to her on her 16 birthday and spoke into it. I wish you were here to see it Mya.
