Well, the arms seem a bit short. If you try redoing this drawing, try to make the arms just an inch past the hip. Take a look at the link Coco gave you and try to work your way from there. It's ok, but you could do better.

Okay, kudos to you for the color scheme, I'm loving how that looks together. Looking at th big picture, it almost looks sinister, but in a humorous way. I don't know if that's what you were gunning for or not, but it's pretty cool. The text is a little too dark, though, and it would be hard to read if this site wasn't using a white background. 9.5/10
This is on the redone version: Well, I like the text font and colors, they suit Ansem. I like what you've done with the background, but the background color just doesn't have the right "feel" for an Ansem sig, you know what I mean? Everyting else considered, it's a pretty rad sig.
Well, I like Digimon more. Looking back, Pokemon was just a little too...."sugar-coated" for my taste. That's just my opinion,though.
