Okay, so as of lately, I have been having nightmares for the past two weeks. It's been really worrying me because I have been waking up muplitle time in the middle of the night and screaming or sometimes crying. It's very werid and my Mom and siblings said that they hear me screaming and crying and throwing my self...Which i havent even noticed until they told me. And now i noticed that i have small brusies on my arms sometimes. What should i do? All I remember in these nightmares are me drowing or falling...And im kinda scared? Is that wrong?
