OOC: he froze because he was surprised. BIC: Phenox turned to Xathabat and spoke. "i'm about to inject you with anesthesia. it should put you out for a good 8 hours."

Erix was walking away until he heard Xathabat speak. he froze but smiled. "i love you too." Erix said Phenox finished. he held up a siringe.
Erix kissed her on the cheek before backing away so Phenox could work. he connected tubes to her and things to measure her heart rate.
while Phenox was preparing for the surgery Erix wiped Xathabat's tears away. "it's alright." he said with a reassuring smile.
"Erix." Phenox said "yes?" Erix asked "get the medical supplies in my room." Phenox said Erix nodded. he warped to Phenox's room and warped back with a large black case.
"i have to perform surgery." Phenox said
Phenox heard her thought. "it appears you have internal bleeding..." Phenox sighed. "do you trust me?"
Phenox ran up to her. he placed his hand in the middle of her stomach and pushed gently. "does this hurt?"
Phenox's father taught him medical practices so he knew what to do. "lie down." Phenox said Erix moved his body closer to her's to warm her.
Phenox watched the bands play. he was to busy trying to know what to say when he sees his friends again. he wasn't even listening to the music.
Phenox and Erix both panicked. "Xathabat, put down your hood." Phenox said
Phenox happily walked to see the bands play.
Erix gave her a huge grin. "are you kidding? you're the most beautiful girl i've ever seen." Erix said

Phenox couldn't help but smile. even though everyone was staring at him. but he wondered what Xemnas meant by half way.
Erix looked worried "a beautiful face like yours shouldn't be tainted by blood." he ran the back of his hand across her cheek.
Phenox read her thoughts and smiled more. Erix had a puzzled look.
