"As long as it ends soon, I'm happy." Hikaru said. She looked at the other people at the party. "They just don't get it, do they? Or they know something we don't."
OOC: XD i know just what you mean BIC: "What if something comes up and I'm needed? I won't be able to help, and I don't want to be on the sidelines..." Hinata looked at Naruto. Sakura did as she was told. Satoshi dropped to her knees. Her stomach and lower back burned with purple chakra. She cried out in pain as the Gobi took the liberty to heal her wounds.
The light shield shattered but Megumi paid no attention. Rei stood, wobbling. Megumi put a hand on his shoulder. "Look how your Tamer holds you back. It's pathetic." Rei jerked away from her. "He doesn't hold me back. You just don't know how to combine power."
Hikaru's eyes fell on Takeshi. He's falling asleep? Eh, it's not such a bad idea. At least dreams provide a temporary escape. She shrugged.
Hinata felt so guilty. She covered her face with her hands. "I'm sorry..." Sakura looked at Rukia. "Fine. You can go." Rukia sighed. Sakura smiled. She wanted to say thanks but thought that wouldn't sound too good.
Megumi focused more on Rei and a crack formed in the light sheild. Rei coughed up blood. It's too much light... I've got to end this quickly.... Megumi flew down to Rei. "No attack?" She punched him in the gut, sending him to the ground. Rei's head fogged. He shot a stream of darkness at Megumi. Megumi leaned to the side to dodge the darkness. "That wasn't much. I'd expect more from someone who's been fighting me for almost 300 years now. I guess it's because your Tamer is weak this time. That's why you should get rid of them. Like I did with Dai."
Hikaru thought of what she would do after the party. I want to talk to someone about this... We're all in the same boat... She looked around the room. The guests are happy but we aren't...
OOC: sasuke u dirty dirty boy... lol BIC: Rukia ran after Sasuke. He's in a rush. Sakura followed the two, thoughts swirling through her head. "I- I didn't know what to say to him..." Hinata said.
Megumi kept part of her mind on the barrier, holding it steady. She sent another blast of light at Rei. Rei put up a sheild of darkness, but the light went straight through it, hitting him dead on. He slid backwards.
Hikaru wandered the room. I know this is supposed to be happy, but it's just another birthday with out my parents... She leaned up against a wall.
"I'm not even a registered ninja of this village, so it doesn't matter to me." Rukia said. With Orochimaru gone and Sasuke-kun back, there won't be much for me to do anyway... Sakura nodded. "I understand." Hinata hugged Naruto. "That's what I'd rather do." She said softly.
"If you want to stay so badly-" Megumi put a barrier of light around Becky. "Then stay." "Leave her out of this!" Rei felt a pang in his chest. He looked down at the white feather sticking out of it. When did she-? He yanked it out. "You're starting to bore me. At least try." Megumi smirked.

OOC: i was just gonna say that XD what would tsunade say? O_O BIC: "He asked me..." Hinata took a deep breath. "He asked me to help him retore his clan." Sakura knew that she would have to take a leave from her duties, but she didn't care. After all, it was for Sasuke. And nothing mattered to her when it was compared with Sasuke. Rukia followed silently.
Megumi pointed a finger at Becky, sending a blast of light towards her. "This is getting to be too easy." Dammit! I can fly to them! Rei grit his teeth. "Becky-chan, get out of here!"

Hinata looked down. "S-Sasuke-kun asked me..." She felt as though something was holding her back from saying it. "She seems fine." Rukia smiled.
i edited my character bio with pics. ^^ i'm surprised it didn't take too much thought either. coming up with ideas with other people is a lot easier than by yourself
