"Veralidaine." Daine replied. "Daine for short." She gave Kaze a light pat on his neck. "This is my gelding, Kaze."
Hatsumi took deep, slow breaths. She stood up and focused once more. I can do this... I better do this. She ran up the tree and reached a branch half way up it. She sat on it, swinging her legs. "I got half way up!!"
Daine nodded. "I'm a good shot." She said, tieing back her hair so it wouldn't get in the way. I can't believe I'm right next to Link!
Daine pointed in the direction she and Kaze came from. "I'll come with."
Hatsumi tried three more times, getting a bit further each time. "It's too hard." She said when she fell the third time. "How come I can't do it?"
Daine described Vaati as best a she could. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "I hope that helps."
"It's hard." Hatsumi whined, but she stood up anyway and tried again, this time getting almost half way up the tree. "No no no!" She tried to keep going but slid back down.
Daine lowered her head. "I- I'm sorry. I didn't realize who you were. If you're busy I shouldn't bother you." She brought herself to look at him. "I j-just ran into a guy back there and he said something about the light force."
Daine pulled Kaze to a stop, seeing Link. "Hey!" She called to him. By the Goddess.... That's Link! She wished she hadn't called out now.

Hatsumi stood and rubbed her bottom, backing up a couple steps. "Okay." She said, more determined because of her failure. She shut her eyes tightly. Come on... Do it this time! She ran at the tree, getting two steps up it and falling back down. "Aw man..."
OOC: raven and lavara were discussing what they were going to do about the shadow they ran into. they were thinking of either telling the headmaster, warning the girls, or keeping it quiet and solving the puzzle themselves
Hatsumi rubbed her head. "Okay..." She shut her eyes and thought about her feet. Opening her eyes, she walked over to the tree, tried to walk on it and ended up falling straight onto her bottom.
OOC: okay. at greenwhich high school whenever twins come, an ancient power is awakened. the power takes on the incarnation of shadows. the shadows take girls from the school until they find the twins. i don't want to elaborate too much or i'll ruin what'll happen.
OOC: :( need a hug? BIC: "Now show me how to climb it." Hatusmi was rocking on her heels in anticipation.
Hatsumi giggled. "You pick a tree." She said when they came to a good spot.
OOC: :cryinganime: i'll explain as much as you need! BIC: Raven sat on her bed, thinking about the shadow and unable to sleep.
OOC: :( nope. probably not for another four or five days... BIC: "Alright!" Hatsumi grabbed Naruto's hand and started running towards the forest.
OOC: :( but your character was a good part BIC: Raven went into her dorm. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
"Tree climbing!" Hatsumi smiled.
