Daine bowed her head in thanks. "Is there anything I can give you? You've helped me a lot."
i think Gaara has the best eyes!! and Riku! EEEEE!!!! *cough cough* as far as eyes with power, i like the hyuuga's byakugan
"I like that frog." Hinata said, smiling a bit. "I'm sure she had a good reason." Sakura said. Sighing, she looked at Sasuke. "Why don't you two get along?" Hatsumi had finished and just sat, listening. "Let's go see the big puppy!" Michiko said. Rukia's heart sank. "... They're out on a mission..." She lied. "Anywhere else you want to go?"
Daine steadied herself. I used too much. I'll have to take it easy next time.
Garxena smiled. "I've missed you too..." She was so happy to have Silax next her. "So much..."
Daine put a hand on her head. "Not really..." The ground seemed to move beneath her feet.
"I know you will." Hinata smiled. Rukia let Michiko hold her hand as they walked. "Where do you want to go?"
Daine didn't like using her magic with arrows. It seemed she used more of it with less control. Shaking aside her worries, she let her magic flow over the next arrow she loaded. The head of the arrow flamed with Daine's white magic. She fired.
Daine shot the arrow, without putting any magic into it, at the skeleton's sheild.
Daine knew he was right. Using her magic in pure blasts had taken its toll. Now that she was controling how much she was using, she seemed to be able to keep the side effects under control as well. She took her bow off her shoulder and knotched an arrow.
Daine shook her head. Unlike her others, that had not made her light headed or her vision blur. "I'm fine..."
"A-are you okay?" Daine asked, feeling bad that she'd knocked down her teacher.
"Throw it at you?!" Daine asked. She knew she shouldn't doubt a teacher's intructions so she threw the ball of magic at the skeleton as hard as she could. OOC: brb dinner
Hinata wrapped her arms around her waist. "You're an excellent Jounin... Maybe I'll get it next time..." Rukia put the kunai back in its poutch. "Ready to go?" She asked Michiko, not looking at Sasuke. "Yeah!" Michiko smiled.
Daine shut her eyes, calming her breathing. The ball of magic took a more solid form until it was a cirlce. Daine opened her eyes and smiled when she saw she'd done it.
Hinata nodded solemly. "He thought I would pass the Jounin exams so he made a reservation.... I failed... But he took me anyways. He said it was for a good try..." Michiko smiled. "I'm gonna show her how I can climb a tree."
Daine immitated the skeleton's posture after placing her bow over her shoulder. She focused on her magic and tried to form a ball. The most she got was a misshapen blob of magic in her palm.
I've got to keep a smile for Michiko. She won't understand if I tried explaining to her. Rukia took out a kunai and twirled it on her index finger. She appeared content, but inside she was distressed. "...Did she mean what she said?" Michiko asked quietly. "Will she be with me more?" "I know the perfect place. Neji-kun took me there once and it was great." Hinata smiled.
Hinata smiled, trying not to laugh. "We could just go out, if you want." "Fine." Sakura replied. She said she'd be back. There's no need to go get her. Michiko held on to Sasuke's hand. Rukia rubbed the side of her neck. It felt odd to not have the necklace after wearing it everyday, but she didn't mind. She let her hair down and then started walking back.
Daine gasped softly. She looked back and forth from the skeleton to the portal. Should she stay and learn to use her magic or go back and just cause trouble? She looked at her bow and remembered what Ganondorf had said. If he was that intimidated by uncontroled magic, just think of what you could do if you learned to control it. She thought to herself. Daine stood and looked at the skeleton. "Alright, fine. Train me."
