The pink is way too dull around the focal/Mew. The effects seem rather flat as well, and the border could be smaller. Add more colors too, I'm seeing soft oranges/yellows and some blues.
Something is telling me that red & yellow colors in the background are a little bit too strong still. D: Though it still looks good with it. How confusing. Good job on the new version. Excellent color variation.
Sorry, I didn't mean sharpen the image used inside the masks. I meant sharpen the actual shapes. lol My mistake.
Much better on v3. Also, I'd suggest sharpening the edges of the brush shapes you used to make the masks. Just a bit though. I'd leave it textless, personally. I don't know how it might turn out if you put text on it. Doesn't really need it imo, either. Though if you do, I'd look best on the right side of spider man toward the lower portion of the tag.

Contrast + Brightness. Tone them waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down. The light is making the tag look like a colorful shirt put into spin cycle with a cup full of bleach on it. Enough with the terrible jokes though. XD This could be better if you use the right effects and flow. Use the \ direction as your flow, and try to create some depth to your flow, c4d's would help a lot for that. And please, get rid of the all-encompassing light BEFORE you do anything else. :P Also, this applies to the newer version as well. In fact it looks more monotone now than it did before. Though I like the color so...
It isn't that bad, actually. XD I think maybe if you dimmed down some of the outer light area's and then brightened the ones closer to the stock it would look better. Also, bring out the stock and beef up the border by a few pixels. XD Could use some flow too. Liquify seems to be popular these days.
If there was more depth to the effects and light, and maybe the stock, I'd say it was a job well done.
I love what you've done with the effects. There's just a few problems. One, the stock is way over in the left. XD; The effects almost seem to "push" the stock there. Two, there's a dupe on the right. You might've done that to hide some neg space that was previously there... which in that case, is fine. And finally, is there anyway to centralize the stock in any way?

Well when I'm bored, I do things. When I'm not bored, I'm on the computer. *shrugs* So in reality I'm never bored, I just try and beat it before it sets in. LOL

When I'm bored I change into my workout clothes and just see how many crunches, push ups and pull ups I can do. I also see how long I can hang on a pull up bar, how long I can keep myself up in a push up position (ugh that's hard for more than 3 minutes), and see how long I can lift my legs (as i'm laying down) up for. .... sadly that's almost 2 times a day.
Works exactly like 2.x. Just looks different. Having no problems at all.
