OOC: :D that was fun! i'm glad it didn't take long ^^ BIC: Garxena's tear drowned eyes met Silax's strong ones. She felt her chest grow tight and found breathing difficult. I don't know what to do. I don't know what I can do. Kai unsheathed her swords. "Let her go." She said forcefully.
Garxena didn't move. She wouldn't even if she could. Make it stop... She shut her eyes, causing more tears to fall. OOC: gtg might bbl i've got a meeting for a play. i got a part! ^^
"You're in no position to make jokes." Megumi tightened her grip. Rei winced. His right arm hung uselessly at his side, still dripping blood. He moved his left to try to pry Megumi off him. "You're quite the hero." Megumi smirked and threw Rei into the wall.
Kai hurriedly followed Silax. "You know something we don't." She said plainly. Garxena shook her head, her eyes anywhere but on Takeshi. A shiver ran through her when Takeshi touched her. I'm scared.... So scared....
Tears fell down Garxena's cheeks. Don't.... Please... Please stop.... She trembled, unable to move or speak. Kai noticed Silax come in. "Silax," She called to him. "I thought you were with Garxena."
Dai smiled too. "Rei-san, I-" "Really would like to see you dead." Megumi emerged, holding Rei by the throat and standing. "And now that you're like this, it'll be easy." Rei's chest grew tight as he tried to draw in air. "Care to bet on that?" He choked out.
Garxena tensed with fear. She wanted to move, but she couldn't. She tried to speak, but Takeshi's power prevented it. "Silax!" She shut her eyes, her fear growing. "And I'm supposed to know where she is?" Kai retorted.
I shouldn't think about this... It will only make thing worse... Garxena stood and went to her window. I feel so badly about telling Silax... Perhaps I should have kept my mouth shut. "I don't think alone is the best thing for her." Kai countered.
Kai rolled her eyes and followed Dexeon inside. She greeted Geryl when she saw him and then leaned against the wall. "Do you know where she is now?" Kai asked Dexeon.
"That I don't care about." Kai said. "Just don't be a pain." Garxena curled into a ball, hands over her stomach. Is that all he wants from me? What does he think of me...? Takeshi.... Dexeon... I don't know what's going on... I don't know what's going to happen... I just don't want it to involve Takeshi... I don't want to see that face again... I don't want to be reminded of his touch...
OOC: aw okay... BIC: Daine shuddered at Vaati's appearence. "Why won't he just die?"
Kai's stomach knotted. "He's gone to far." She wasn't surprised to hear that her voice was quiet. She felt Garxena's fear as thought it had happened to herself. She rubbed her arms, suddenly chilled. "I believe you, and I thank you. Things would be much worse if you hadn't interviened."
"Fine. Just tell me." Kai said, trying her best to not get angry at Dexeon.
Daine did not recoil this time. She watched the four Links in fascination, almost wanting to cheer them on or help. "They're all the same person? How is that possible?"
Kai clenched her fists, her nails digging into her palms. "You must tell me what happened."
"And what makes you so caring all the sudden? What happened that makes you the kind older brother now?!" Kai grit her teeth.
Kai glared at Dexeon. "One: What happened between you and Garxena? And if you refuse to answer it, why?"
"The latter if you don't answer my questions." Kai seethed.
Daine took a step back. "What is that thing?" She paused. "Is it... Vaati?"
"Took you long enough." Kai stood, waiting for Dexeon, arms folded. "You and I need to have a little chat."
